Eh, Dutch Bros as a franchise is great. THIS Dutch Bros in particular is dissatisfying. I’ve tried this particular location 3 times. Every single time has been disappointing. Tonight was the nail in the coffin. Ordered a standard Golden Eagle. I asked for this drink to be upside down. The drink was handed to me incorrectly. When I asked if the drink had any caramel in it, I was looked at cluelessly and then the bottle was brought to my drinks to be added. Drink is horrible and has consistently been horrible. -10/10 would not recommend..

Ordered a matcha latte with white mocha. It was dark so I couldn’t see the drink when they handed it to me. Turns out they put regular mocha in it, and their matcha is watery and nasty so the drink was basically undrinkable. Very disappointed because I’ve visited different locations before and only had excellent drinks. Would definitely not recommend getting their matcha.

I have been going to dutch bros for about 5years. Moved back to Louisiana and was excited about the dutch bros opening up in baton rouge. Ever since this shop has opened it has been nasty attitudes, nasty service. There a few people in there that have good attitudes but other than that. They all rude as hell. I drive out my way all the time to get Dutch bros. I get to the window she ask what i want, i tell her my order then show her my app and give her my debit card. Why because I’ve been going to dutch bros 5years. I know the game. Then another girl walks up ask if i had the drink, i said yea. She walks away and another girl come up, she ask the same thing ‘did u have this drink’ i said yea again and she handed me a straw. The last girl then walks away and says it loud as hell ‘she’s rude she aint getting mothing from me’ so i asked her who’s rude? She walked away. I never said anything rude to the damn girl. Not everyone is going to be all perky and happy all the damn time. If you were from Louisiana you’d understand some people voice is just monotone. No one was ever rude and then the young manager that looks like he 18. Childish as hell. Going to tell me he didnt hear her say it but she said it directly to him. What type of games are yall playing with people?? Learn how to be respectful, because i sure the hell was. I will not be going back to dutch bros. Especially with the nasty attitudes. Jass or jaz, you need to learn how to talk under your breath better

Been here three times. Always get a large iced coffee and everytime the sweetness level is lower that requested. My daughter gets medium size and it's perfect. Luckily, I work at home so I just add my liquid sugar at home. Disappointing but won't cause me to not return. *****Edit to reply below:***** It wasn't a well made coffee. It was my first time today and let’s just say I will be back.. I loved it the frozen drink I got was excellent and the way I wanted it .. the ladies were so helpful and when I told them it was my birthday the visit got even better.. I felt very special in that moment… I definitely recommend this location and the ladies that waited on me are phenomenal ☺️☺️☺️

AHHH I LOVE IT HERE! The drinks are always made with so much love and they taste amazing! The broistas are so kind and genuine. They’re always quick and happy to fix problems with drinks. I came here on Wednesday and ordered a large iced hopscotch. My first sip wasn’t too my liking (wasn’t sweet enough) and they were happy to remake it. I usually NEVER ask employees to remake something especially if it’s my fault (needed for it to be extra sweet), but they were so lovely! I love my broistas!!

Drinks are good! I love the flavor combos in the secret menu on the app. The workers are all super nice.
I know everyone is complaining about wait time but they also JUST opened here. They're incredibly new and the line has been insanely long and all the workers are new there. And for the record, ive still not been there and waited 30+ minutes. Maybe 20 but you wait that long at starbucks and 7 brew so people need to chill

The line wasn’t the issue because I understand the place is new. However, the service is something very manageable. I ordered two coffees through the drive through, except the payment card reader was broken so we were told to pay at the window. This was fine except that instead of normal zipper pattern, the car in front of us got to the window and somehow has yet to order — to which they proceeded to purchase about 10 drinks at the window. Instead of Dutch bros just taking our cards and bringing out our already made drinks, they let them sit inside the whole time while they made 10 drinks in front of us. The problem is, they easily could have brought us out the drinks because for 7 cars behind us, they brought out their drinks and they left the drive through line. When we finally received our drinks, we were dripping wet from conversations and the ice had melted. The broristas were unaccommodating and the experience overall left a sour taste in my mouth, as normally Dutch bros is efficient, good and has great service. Do better
