Eh, Dutch Bros as a franchise is great. THIS Dutch Bros in particular is dissatisfying. I’ve tried this particular location 3 times. Every single time has been disappointing. Tonight was the nail in the coffin. Ordered a standard Golden Eagle. I asked for this drink to be upside down. The drink was handed to me incorrectly. Been here three times. Always get a large iced coffee and everytime the sweetness level is lower that requested. My daughter gets medium size and it's perfect. Luckily, I work at home so I just add my liquid sugar at home. Disappointing but won't cause me to not return. *****Edit to reply below:***** It wasn't a well made coffee. Did a BOT reply to my review, did Dutch Brothers even read my entire review?
It was my first time today and let’s just say I will be back.. I loved it the frozen drink I got was excellent and the way I wanted it .. the ladies were so helpful and when I told them it was my birthday the visit got even better.. I felt very special in that moment… I definitely recommend this location and the ladies that waited on me are phenomenal ☺️☺️☺️
