It’s just like any other place. Some places are cleaner than others, some people are nicer than others and some restaurants are faster than others! Some workers are better than u have and then u have L’Auberge
Had a grear Anniversary weekend at L'Auberge Casino. Crabs were perfectly cooked, Had a little trouble with timeliness of the seating and service but they seemed to be shortstaffed and was doing the best they could. Will be back soon
Also when waking to the casino nice to look over the levee. The inside is also beautiful on holidays and events are always advertised to know when the next one is up. The new barstool set up is also nice. Like how there are multiple TV setups.
For $300 for a night it was a disappointment. Get there right at 4pm, check in time, rooms aren't ready. Wait almost an hour for our room. There goes our pool time, because it's almost time to line up for the show. When we arrived in the room we checked the TV and it's not working. (Screen goes black after a couple of mins but still has sound) Called downstairs to let them know, they tried to reset from the desk with no resolve. Air was reading 67 in the room definitely didn't feel like 67. Which is fine I get we are having record highs. Let the desk know we were disappointed with the experience for the money spent. Guy didn't seem to care. Won't book here again.
I love going to this casino. The service, the food, the rooms, and everything else was everything I imagined. I went there for a conference and we decided to always have our yearly conference at the Lauberge Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Went just to get out the house for a while and ended up staying for hours having fun, winning, and having great drinks. Security was on top of everything thing so I felt very safe. The staff was friendly and helped people with questions that they had.
The new bar layout is much better than the previous. You can actually see the stage without being blocked by the bar. There are plenty of places to sit and stand. The opening night was packed!
Restaurantji Recommends
Casino area was very high limit . Not enough working slot machines . Cashiers extremely rude and not helpful . Poker room in a very bad place in middle of casino floor . High limit room empty . Poker room has 60-100 people and jammed in a tight space with no cashier for service . High limit room should be the poker room with a cashier 24-7 . Restaurants overpriced and not well staffed . Red Lotus was the best they have to offer .
I really enjoyed how clean the casino was and one of the servers her name was reion greatest service I ever seen great personality made my first time in Baton Rouge and the casino great I would recommend the place and her
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at L ‘Auberge Casino in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a regular visitor and enthusiastic player, I always expected a fair and enjoyable gaming environment. Unfortunately, my most recent encounter with the casino's management left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. During my visit, I exercised my rights as a player by respectfully challenging a decision made by the General Managers and the VP of Casino Operations regarding the interpretation of certain gaming rules and regulations. I believed that their ruling was unfair and not in line with the stated guidelines. Instead of addressing my concerns and engaging in a constructive dialogue, I was met with hostility and a complete disregard for my rights as a player. To my disbelief, I was subsequently banned from the premises simply for expressing my dissatisfaction and questioning their decision. It was evident that the casino's management was not willing to consider alternative perspectives or acknowledge their potential mistake. This heavy-handed response was both unprofessional and completely unjustified. As a patron of L ‘Auberge Casino, I had always expected a level of respect and fairness from the establishment. However, this incident demonstrated a severe lack of customer service and a blatant disregard for the rights of players. Banning a player for exercising their rights is not only an abuse of power but also a clear indication of a lack of integrity within the casino's management team. I strongly urge L ‘Auberge Casino to reevaluate its policies and practices to ensure that players are treated with the respect they deserve. It is disheartening to see a once reputable establishment exhibit such behavior. I hope that this review serves as a reminder to the management team that the casino's success is built on the trust and satisfaction of its patrons. It is my sincere hope that L ‘Auberge Casino will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and restore confidence in their commitment to fair and ethical gaming practices. Until then, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend L ‘Auberge Casino to others who are seeking an enjoyable and respectful gaming experience.
really really great time. great rewards. the food at the steak house or the red lotus have been phenomenal. all of the servers are kind. help is easily and readily supplied to use the app for rewards and learning how to use them. PLEASE make wifi better though.
The hotel is nice, the restaurants have good food, BUT the gaming experience is frustrating. If they had more Floor Supervisors and cocktail servers, I would rate my overall experience as very pleasant.
