El Paso Mexican Grill

This is by far the absolute best El Paso Mexican Grill. Excellent service, excellent food and great prices.

I've eaten here several times and the food and service has been pretty good. However, tonight! The food and service was horrible! There was hair embedded in my rice and beans. A long piece of red hair. The manager came over and retrieved the food and hair from us. Our server Maribel didn't return. After 10 minutes we asked the manager for the server. We ordered the wings and once again, their was a long piece of red hair! Neither me nor my friend has red hair. Our waitress did. Not sure if it was hers or costume hair. The hair was in our food. The manager accused us of putting hair in our food to get it for free. We paid for our drinks and food and left the second order of wings with them. They threw the wings back out the door! I have never witnessed nor experienced this type of behavior at a restaurant before! I will never and I mean NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT.

We came in for lunch before a movie. We were served our drinks by a guy dressed like Mario for Halloween. He asked if we was ready to order. We said give us just a little bit but he NEVER CAME BACK!! While we waited to be served he sat at the table eating his lunch. This is why employees should eat in the break room on their break.

Restaurant was dirty with ants crawling on the window sill and used napkins pieces everywhere. Waiter was rude and acted like he was in a rush. Much better Mexican restaurants nearby.

Pretty decent Mexican restaurant a bit pricey but it is a showy place. Got the Chile relleno it was good just not spicy enough for me.

Ewwww i found a roach in my food

This was not my first time dining here, I go pretty often with a few of my friends . But this was the first time that after I paid I check my account and they UPDATED my transaction to a higher amount . Nothing has been resolved, they are basically stealing money from their customers . KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS and check your transactions from here. The menu prices are not updated . But that’s something I knew before eating . This place is going down hill pretty quickly from some of the reviews I’ve read .

I just walked in this place. It’s not very busy. I sat at the bar and I had about 15 servers just talking and completely ignoring me. I sat there for five minutes. No one even acknowledged my presence so I left terrible service.

The place has a great ambient, with live music, musicians that actually know how to play. They play Latin jazz, salsa, and rock (they also take request) The mixed drinks are great, and the ceviche is just right, not too salty or in a puddle of water. The service is great, very attentive waiters. I had a great time.

The food was great but the waitress shaking the silverware in a cup for 10 minutes straight 5 feet away absolutely ruined the whole experience. She got louder when we pointed it out.
