Today was my first time at awl Pollo Loco and it was so delicious and refreshing. I really enjoyed the self-serving salsa bar that had three different types of salsa, onions, cilantro, lemon, and travel world grilled jalapeños. Danna assisted me and was very charismatic, helpful and an overall sweetheart. I live and Walker and the only time that I come this way is whenever I go to my OB/GYN since I’m pregnant and the chopped avocado salad totally satisfied my cravings. I want to say thank you to the whole staff and everyone that worked together to prepare my beautiful meal.
AWESOME FOOD!!!!!!!!!!! Taco Bell needs to go out of business and bow down to the epic food of Pollo Loco, IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! I need one of these in every city of Louisiana. Amazing, love it, try it ASAP!!!

First time customer and I’m very disappointed. Food is pretty basic you get what you pay for. I was mainly disappointed because they forgot my side sauces. I ordered the fire grilled chicken,beans,rice,chips and salsa. I was under the impression it comes with free guac.I guess they don’t do that anymore because I didn’t receive it.They also didn’t give me the salsa I ordered. The fire grilled chicken was decent.

It is a very cozy place, you can say that it is family-friendly, it is not very big, but it is enough to enjoy the delicious chicken. In my experience, it was very good. The only negative point would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms. They need to at least put a flavoring spray on them and at the food counter because the customer himself is the one who makes the mess but it would also be great if they pay attention to these two things that are fundamental in a food business but otherwise for me this is Very good Very rich very cheap

The service is great and you can see the chicken while it is grilled. It comes out juicy with a flavorful brown skin. The sides served with the chicken are big, and there is a bar with authentic Mexican salsas to choose from. They also have tortillas to eat like Mexicans do. I highly recommend this place.
