A friend and i went to El pollo loco yesterday. I told the girl, (Syndi) that we wanted two burritos, dine in. She said you want one? I said yes and my friend also, she said $8.05 plus tax. I said NO we want two burritos. She said is four burritos? I said OMG I WANT TWO BURRITOS, PERIOD, THATS ALL. After a few minutes we took our tray to our table, I went back to the counter for cilantro sauce as she only gave us two tiny cups of one guacamole and one fire sauce. There was a guy at the counter now, he said oh, i go see. He wandered around back there for about five minutes came back and told me we don't have any cilantro. I said where is Syndi? She came back and said i get you cilantro but i charge extra. I told her are you kidding me? the menu says with cilantro, she said ok just this time. I think this was a deliberate act as they had a grin on there face the whole time. I will never go back.

Don’t acknowledge you at all!! I stood at counter when the front worker was working on something. He kept doing what he was doing. It wasn’t until i grabbed bag on counter until he acknowledged me!! Poor customer service here

Love the food. Becoming a regular stop. Bathrooms are always disgusting, and the dinning room looks like they struggle to keep it clean. It's always a few minutes wait to get food.

Love El Pollo Loco, my husband and I made a special trip to this one because it's only and 1hr 30 minutes from Bay St Louis. We got there as they opened @ 10. Their chicken is juicy and grilled. The salsa bar is open so u can take as much as you like. Restaurant is clean with current decor. It's a fast food place so counter service only but that's OK. Recommend the 3 piece dark chicken with 2 sides.
