Dinner at Eliza in Baton Rouge felt like stepping into a quietly elegant celebration of Southern hospitality—warm, thoughtful, and deeply delicious from start to finish.

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet dinner together at Eliza recently. The dishes were of exceptionally high quality. It was just delicious! Creole but without being over seasoned as so often happens. I was quite surprised to enjoy such fare for a ridiculously low price. I've paid twice as much recently for far less skillful executed and satisfying food.
