A couple nights ago my husband and I discovered a roof leak. I reached out to Catherine that night and within a couple hours she had updated me on what was going to happen, what I needed to do and was so incredibly kind. The next morning I woke up to two calendar invites of when they and the roofer would be coming out. Michael with Restoration One and his partner came out, surveyed the damage, came up with game plan and met with the roofer to explain what they found and how to go about it. I cannot explain how much of a relief it was once they finished up; so easy - so kind. What I thought was going to be a truly miserable process has been a breeze so far. I would recommend Catherine and her team to anyone.
