This may seem like a small thing and I'm getting crap for writing this, but when I order egg with my bowl (Rice or Noodle), I expect it to be scrambled and incorporated into the bowl, not fried and placed on top of all the other ingredients....not a gentle sunny-side up egg, but a hard fried egg just plopped on top of everything. Over all the bowls were good as always, it was just a very odd preparation and one that I would have asked to be re-made had I noticed it before I got home.

Very poor cleanliness , I asked for a towel to wipe a spot to sit myself. It wasn't busy there was just no regard. after cleaning us a spot to eat I went to use the bathroom and was immediately repulsed . It was not clean in no way shape or form and there was no paper towels. The workers were nice but they didn't look like they wanted to be there . This used to be my favorite place and I was highly disappointed

I went here for the first time today, and it was so delicious. You can customize what you want and then it's cooked right in front of you. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly. And they have a nice variety of vegetables to add to to bowl. I picked udon noodles, which were really good.

My husband and I got steak in our bowls. It was extremely tough and difficult to chew. There were few noodles which was drenched in oil and sauce in my bowl and the rice in his bowl was extremely mushy. Very disappointed and we will not return.

I am thrilled to give this review. Excellent quality! The bowl is filling and very tasty. Great variety of fresh meat, seafood, fish, poultry and fresh veggies. No MSG! You better ask somebody!!!!!! Great price.
A fast food restaurant that closes at 8pm but no longer takes orders past 7:45 does not close at 8pm. They close at 7:45. Maybe edit your hours before you continue to operate business in a strip with a high restaurant turnover rate. Good luck.

POOR SANITATION! This was my first time trying this restaurant and the food looked great so I ordered a small chicken bowl with veggies. The employees greeted me and were very friendly however I think they need a crash course on sanitation and restaurant etiquette. The gentleman who made my food put the raw ingredients in the bowl with no gloves or hairnet on (he had long hair). Then before cooking it he checked me out, I paid with cash. After handling the cash at the register he proceeded to then grab my bowl and cook it on the stove. There was a sink right next to the stove and he did NOT wash his hands before cooking (or at all for that matter). There's really no excuse here besides lack of restaurant training or simply employee laziness. I was extremely off-put by this but also starving so I dug in. The food tasted great until I found a long HAIR in my food!!! (i.e. NO HAIRNET) This is a huge bummer because I really liked the food and the fresh ingredients. I would love to go back but unfortunately I don't feel comfortable given my experience. I give this establishment a 2 star rating for the lack of sanitation. Otherwise the food tasted good and the employees were friendly.

Always out of most things and closes at 8pm. Think about it you get off at 6pm, go workout and want something healthy or eat. Don’t come here cause they will be closed or won’t have anything left.

I got the Happy hour express bowl. Happy hour is $6 between 2-5pm. Chicken yakisoba. The noodles are well seasoned and veggies taste good. Fair price too.
