What kind of restaurant do not have a live phone? I called this location and a woman in a call center answers the phone. I asked her how can I contact the manager of this location she tells me I give her my number and a manager will call me back. Any company that allows abuse from customers and not kick customers out should not be in business. A company should have backbone by protecting their staff and providing a safe and fun atmosphere for all customers and staff.

Food was excellent- we asked for ‘hot’ for our shrimp boil special and we got it! Yum! I think our waiter was new but he did OK. The hours said they are open until 10pm but for some reason they closed the bar at 9:15pm??! So we didn’t get the drink I ordered but the manager gave us a free sample of some frozen drink they had in a mixer that didn’t require a bar tender to make.

Kid-friendliness: Full kids menu and neighboring table was letting their kids zoom around.

Food, atmosphere, and service was great. We decided to go for the 50% off boiled seafood. We got the family platter and one pound of king crab legs. When we got our bill me and the Mrs were surprised to see we were being charged an 18% merchant fee which totalled $41.00. Now correct me if I'm wrong but merchant fees are charged on charges below a certain amount. We feel that this was to compensate for the 50% off along with their price increase within the past year. So beware if you go.

This is my second visit to this location. The first visit was ok, the service was not welcoming. The atmosphere was dreary, but we made the best of it. Tonight, took the cake. The seafood is not priced on the menus, which is ok but I wanted to know the prices. I guess my server thought I was too concerned about the price that I couldn't pay. She had a nonchalant demeanor and it became very uncomfortable, and started to feel weird. She take our order, then comes right back with the receipt, confused the heck out of me. Where do they do that at, who gives you receipt before bringing your food? She said she brought the receipt to inform me of the price I was paying, like we didn't established that we I ask about the price when she took my order. Since I felt she thought we didn't have money to pay for our meal, I left. I went to Juicy on College Dr and we had a better outcome, and so did the server who got herself a $20 tip. Turn out to be a great night!

Do NOT eat at the citiplace location. The only reason they have 1 star from me is because I cannot put 0. The experience there was HORRIBLE. First, they charge u gratuity that they claim is 18% but when u look at your receipt more is charged than what's stated and they couldn't even give a valid reason as to why. secondly, they double charged my card and I've been calling since this a.m. to speak with a manager but they're lying stating the manager isn't there when we were told lastnight that the manager will be in today from 11a to 10p and that he will handle the situation. I called the phone number listed on the fb app and their website for this location but whoever answering the phone stated this isn't the phone number to the restuarant and that it's a third party line which is weird because when I called the siegen location and asked about what was told they confirmed the numbers listed be the phone numbers of the location. Whomever the manager is is aware of the situation and is ducking handling it properly and everytime the phone receptionist put me on hold she comes back and ask is it about the card issue then starts coming up with plenty excuses stating the manager isn't there or that the manager will call me back later which I have been reaching out since they opened to speak with that manager. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Whomever the manager is is very unprofessional.

I’m so overwhelmed about how y’all customer service is I at least come to y’all restaurant every other day to order Togo or sit in the restaurant and it’s always one of your waitresses and hostesses have a attitude I can’t understand what is the issue y’all not paying them right are they wanted an off day and y’all didn’t give to are something y’all are closer to my house but after today I might have to take that drive to another location

The food was great! However, the service was mediocre. Our waitress didn't know the difference between a margarita and a daiquiri. We ordered one of each, and she brought 2 margaritas. When we asked her to correct it, she didn't know which was incorrect and which was needed. The restroom was atrocious. Won't be going back :/

I go here quite often and wow. The food is amazing, the waitresses are always nice, and sports are always on. Plus they have new items on the menu.

I ordered the fried seafood basket. The catfish was fried well, but could use more seasoning. The fried shrimp was fried way too hard and also lacked seasoning. Their passion fruit margarita on the rocks was the best item I had. The waitress was very attentive and great at her job.

Outside of the fact that I just prefer the competitors boiled food quality, the bathroom cleanliness needs major attention. I’ve never been to a restaurant and been that disgusted at their bathroom. Many people judge how the kitchen is by the bathroom condition, and based on that alone, I will never revisit this place.
