For the life of me I can't figure out why this sandwich took so long. Mediocre at best with way to much mayo. The servers were friendly but the place looked like it cooks use a food cleaning. Wish I'd have gone somewhere else. Doesn't compare to the last time I went several years ago. Would be surprised if they close this location down. There was a guy standing outside as I was leaving wearing a novelty Firehouse Subs Fireman hat. He said they were free for the taking on a table inside. Usually something like that would warrant an extra star but I can still taste that mayo. Go easy on it. guys!

Rapid pick up needs to be renamed. I waited 30 minutes over my expected pick up time, making me late for the meeting I was picking up lunch for.

Soooo. I stop here on my way to work. It's always 3:30 or so in the afternoon and kinda sketchy getting back on the interstate because of the traffic but always worth the stop. These folks are having fun it's never crowded at this time so the sandwich comes fast. They take the time to keep the place clean and stocked up. We joke back and forth and that's fun. It's a good sandwich so much better than the Subway at the other end of the strip. Y'all come in and give it a try!!!

Absolute worst service ever, from the manager and staff. My order was thrown on the counter, bag covered in sauce. When I asked for a new bag, I was told by manager that their gloves are dirty, not their fault. The lady sandwich maker mumbled comments when I said I could bag it myself. Absolutely will not be back.

Ordered a pastrami. Received a corned beef instead which was awful!! Heard the employees discussing they couldn't tell the difference between the meats then another came over and said which one was correct. Obviously they were all wrong! What a waste of time, gas and money. Also ordered a tuna. Was told at the last minute they were out. Won't be coming to this location anymore.

Wait time is a bit longer than other Firehouse locations. Either staff can be trained better or speed and quality of service can be improved.

I have eaten from here before and the sandwiches are pretty great. Of course this is a franchised shop. That’s where it stops. The three stars is for the brand not this particular location. That being said I called in my order and the young man taking my order could not after three attempts to spell my name out get it right verbally. I know that my name is unique and I have a lot of patience in this. Yet after three attempts I know you are beyond correction. When I arrived at the restaurant there was no greeting from the whole crew on staff. The young lady stocking chips up front was more concerned with another patron having a phone conversation (being nosey) as she took her time stocking. The restaurant seemed clean on the surface but I didn’t stay long enough to observe what was done. The young man who took my order, well now I know why he was having such troubles. Unless the company allows him to have Apple AirPods in any ear he was obviously distracted by whatever was being played into his ear and brain. I see this as discourteous to any patron that would come into my restaurant. He was so distracted that I could have taken the two bags of chips that I laid on the counter without paying for them because he wasn’t paying any attention to what was right in front of him.And yes when I walked out I looked at the receipt for the order and noticed the laziness of not spelling my name right. Total failure of the individuals who were there that night.I would have to make a third visit to see if there is a change but I would not recommend this location to anyone based on the lack of customer service that you don’t get.

Staff was nice. I used an offer & cashier had no clue how to ring me up. Manager came to assist & apparently cashier was still confused so she just stood there. We waited a good while before we got the sandwich also in a restaurant without a crowd. Overall, a good experience.

Fire house Steak & Cheese was on point. I usually get the Meatball Sub, but both are awesome choices

My wife did an online order. I ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich with extra provolone and pepper jack. My sandwich hand no cheese at all. I paid extra for that. My husband sandwich was wrong as well. I called and told them. The general manager was so rude to us. Implying he were trying to get free sandwiches. I wouldn't have minded bringing in the sandwiches to prove it but he also said it was our fault they got the sandwiches wrong.
