The person calling names/numbers is nearly impossible to understand leading to lot of confusion with customers.
Food is overpriced and not enough for the price.
It is delicious though.

The burgers are juicy and delicious, they're just a little pricey. I also enjoy having peanuts while I wait. Fry sizes are too large so be sure you split with a friend. The unlimited remix soda fountain refills are very appreciated. Staff is always friendly, food is always made in house, hot and fresh.

food is great. but there is clearly a conversation that needs to be had with the crew. there are freaking 11 people standing around in the kitchen, why are every single one of you LOUDLY complaining about coming to register while a paying customer stands there awkwardly waiting? no one wants to do anything, they’re all rude, especially the younger ones, and then at the end of the transaction an option for tipping popped up which i gladly declined, and i’m an avid tipper. very awkward experience. the food is too good to have a staff that’s so bad….and clearly, lazy. get it together.

I have been coming to this 5 guys for quite a while well tonight was the worst service we experienced I started calling at 7:30 to place an order and no one was answering so I said they might just be busy however when we pulled up there was not a single car in the parking lot even made the point to call while in the parking lot and not a single employee moved so my husband goes into the building asking why no one is answering the phone when a female employee comes from the back with the phone in her hand he proceeds to call and it rings so obviously they just didn’t want to take orders which is extremely disappointing considering we spent $60+ at this located at least twice a week

I give this location a 5 star because of service and food quality normally when I go to a restaurant and they mess up my order I don't NEVER return but the service was great, with a quick remake of my food made me reconsider my 2nd visit they messed my veggie burger up again at that point I was like I'm not coming back here but they was apologetic and remade it very fast and gave me a gift card to come back and on my 3rd visit everything was perfect. Yes I'll be back for the entire week and some ?

The only downside to going to any five guys is know that you’ll spend a good bit about 15 dollars for fries, a burger, and a drink. The food is always good, and the staff is always nice. My cheeseburger was very hot, salty, savory and delicious. The fries were soft, not crunchy, but salty and tasty. Overall 8/10

Parking: It’s pretty easy to get parking and if not they have a whole separate lot by the Whole Foods

Kid-friendliness: They do have smaller portions on their menu

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicapped parking spots nearby which should be helpful

The burgers are great but the prices are too high....free toppings because the burger itself is about $14... by itself....I wish they would come up with a special or something. A reasonable amount
