Very disappointing experience We were seated by the host and given menus, but after that we were completely ignored. The waiter and waitress kept going to the tables around us several times but never once came to take our order or even check on us. We waited for a long time and finally had to leave without being served. It was frustrating and disrespectful — the staff clearly saw us but chose not to acknowledge us. Definitely not coming back.

We even went inside after 15 minutes and asked for the menu, yet nobody returned to take our order or even check on us. Watching others who came later being served while we were left waiting was frustrating and disrespectful. Terrible service and poor management of guests’ time.

The pizza was so good! Everything was portioned so amazing that I wasn’t getting a big bite of any one ingredient and it made everything blend perfectly. My mom got the “It’s not me, it’s Au Jus” and it was the best she’s had in a while. Most sandwiches rely on the jus to cover for how dry the sandwich is but this one would’ve been fine even on its own!

First time trying and it definitely won't be the last! Service was 10/10. Food and drinks were 10/10. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The wings, boudin bites, and By-Oudin pizza were delicious.

I placed a order to go.It wasn't to busy when I went,but the atmosphere is definitely inviting and the representative was very nice and friendly.
Service was great! Super attentive waiter! The food is wonderful, great combos for pizza and several options for crust. We tried three different style pizzas and they were all so enjoyable! The cocktail list has a surprisingly broad selection for a pizza restaurant and our drinks were super good!!!

This is the beginning of the end of this place. After years of coming here and supporting them, when I received the check recently, they stuck it to me with a surprise 3% credit card fee. Hide the cost in pricing like a proper business. Don't screw your loyal customers over at the last second. Not even a notice on the menu or restaurant about this surprise fee. You see this all the time, once a restaurant becomes too lazy to manage its pricing properly, the food suffers next and then the amazing staff leaves cause they loyal customers don't like being screwed. It is downward spiral. There are enough other restaurants in town that don't try and screw their customer over at the last minute. My business will be going to one of them from now on.
