Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Absolutely love Freddy’s burgers and milkshakes. I haven’t been to a location that I don’t like yet.

For a large night dining experience, this hot the spot. The girls upfront were great. Taylor and Amelia were efficient and fun.

Delicious and creamy

I don’t order online so that I have to walk in to the store to pick up my food, condiments, and fill my drink. Defeats the whole purpose of online ordering. It’s late, I want to go through the drive-thru, and go about my business.

So I went here to return food that was poorly made. It was also made using different ingredients than advertised. The manager walks up, does not greet me, and proceeds to say that because I ordered my food using the Freddy's app that I have to go through the Freddy's app to get a refund, which is obviously not true. Then she just walks off from me. Very unprofessional, rude, and all around ignorant. She then tells me to come back to speak with the district manager to get a refund after I threw the food away. This location is always unprofessional with lazely prepared food or missing ingredients. Wasting my money and gas just to be disrespected by people who don't take their job seriously and couldn't care less about making things right for the customers.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was good and the customer service was even better. The staff were very attentive and displayed great professionalism. This is a great place to find tasty chili covered goodness. I had the chili cheese hotdog and chili cheese fries. The cheese sauce on the fries was the only thing I wasn't a fan of. Of course, this is subjective. The chili is mild yet delicious. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Imagine driving 400 miles, all with a strong desire for a Freddy’s steak burger….And I see the freeway sign for this Freddy’s. I exit and find that it’s not very visible, but a quick online search leads me there. I pull up and find it curious that there are no cars in the lot. I get out and go to the door. It’s locked. I go to another door. Locked. I can see workers inside, but they ignore me. I look at the hours of operation on the door and I’m well within their open hours. Finding no response from the workers, I return to my car and pull around to the drive-thru. I see a worker coming outside with a rug. I ask him what’s going on. “We’re closed”. I ask why. “We had a big rush so we closed to clean up”. I let him know that was unprofessional and unwarranted, but his response was, “Ok”.

I’ve lived a good while. I’ve never seen a fast food franchise close down at 2:00 pm to clean. I make this trip every two weeks, and I will not be back. Is this how this franchise operates? Am I missing something? They didn’t earn one star, but that one star is required.

Terrible franchise.....not sure who owns it, but I just waited 7 minutes in drive thru, then drove to window and was told come in to order. This is not the first time either.

Explain how you're freddys frozen custard and have no custard at 4 in the afternoon.

Good meets expectations for the cost however what I value more than that is their service. Being visually impaired they could tell right away and offered to help with the menu and offer any assistance I may need. I don't even get that type of courtesy in a sit down restaurant.

It says they close at 11 o’clock on Friday however, when I show up at 10:45 all doors are locked and nobody will answer the drive-through. The people inside stare at me and shake their head when I go to open the door. I just got off work and just wanted a mini concrete but I guess not with 15 minutes until closing.
