The gentleman at the counter was extremely polite. Besides the flavor of the burger lol he was the reason for this review. Most certainly be back because of him¡!

This place is insanely good! Burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds, sauces, custard shakes for our family and everything was perfect and so good. The staff are all so friendly and courteous. 10/10 🥰🤩

Food is always fantastic but every damn time my wife and I order food on DoorDash and pay for the bottle of Freddy’s sauce THEY NEVER GIVE IT TO US!!! This has happened on 3 occasions. To spend $10 after tax for a sauce, which let’s be honest, is needed for the fries, is a bit ridiculous. Very disappointed.

I don't complain often but I have to get on here and give this place a review. The food was delicious. The service I received was great but I'm given one star due to the management on duty in the morning time. The guy that yells at his staff and treats them so disrespectful. If for sure made me never want to return here. I have been in restaurants any entire life for employment and the have never witnessed the way the guy was talking down and yelling to his staff members. He should be ashamed of himself. If I will them employees I'd complain and complain daily if someone talked to me like that. I'm hoping the management chances and soon bc if not he will lose a lot of this restaurants good customers.
