Service was absolutely non existent. My boyfriend and I stood in the lobby for ten minutes. 3 employees in the back made eye contact with us and never acknowledged us. Another family came in behind us and stood there and decided to leave because no one would come to the counter to take anyone’s order. They weren’t busy. There was only one family inside that was already eating and only on car in the drive thru. We finally left. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They obviously don’t want business. I don’t recommend going here. Go to Andy’s instead! They were super busy only had three employees there too and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Sorry for no pictures but trust me, my word is bond and they have some very good cheeseburgers and shoestring fries, the cheeseburgers have a good taste even thou the meat isnt seasoned, the edges of the burger is crispy , the shoestring fries are salty but good, the custards to me are average, you one you tried them all

My son lives in California and loves In & Out Burgers. He may be moving to St. Louis. When I asked him what are you going to do without In & Out Burgers? He said that they have Freddy's & Freddy's is BETTER!! So we went the other day & ordered the patty melt with bacon. It was the best patty melt that I've ever had. When I opened the box, I was surprised & disappointed to see that it was made with toast. BUT it was oh~so~delicious!! I've never had better!! When I told my son, he said, "I hope you got a Vanilla Shake."

Won't return to this location. Went in to pick up a mobile order only to be berated by the employee behind the counter. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and to top off horrible service the food I ordered was awful. My burger was ice cold and my fries were so hard I couldn't eat them
