Reached location at 8:40 and they said they stopped taking orders without any explanation. There were still people sitting inside.

The place is dirty and the staff is rude. Won't be back.

It’s like having a vanilla ice cream only. They barely put any toppings or chocolate

Place was dirty and the two workers just stay in the back till they hear someone come in and when they do come out their motivation is lackluster. You can tell they don’t want to be there.

We walked in to an empty store and noticed that no one was there and that it was dirty! After waiting for 5 minutes for an employee to come to the front to take our order me and another customer made a joke about them needing a bell to notify the employees that people are here. The employee came finally and was very rude. She was angry thinking someone dog whistled at her to come serve us and refused to serve any of us until someone told her who did it. No one whistled at her, had she been in the front she would have known this. We eventually left because this is no way to treat customers and honestly it was probably a smart decision for us based on how dirty the place looked. They definitely need new management or I don’t see this establishment being open much longer! Thankfully creamistry was very clean and nice and got our order out and tasty!! Highly recommend them!!

ICE CREAM IS NASTY AND IS EXTREMELY DIRTY INSIDE. IT STINKS REALLY BAD INSIDE. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE BUT DIDNT BOTHER US ONE BIT BECAUSE WE UNDERSTAND THEY GET PAID UNDER WAGE AND DISLIKE THEY’RE JOB , THEY CHOSE THAT LIFE ? Anyway DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 0/10

Employees in the back smoking soooo much weed they couldn't be bothered to wait on us. Left after a few minutes of no service in an empty establishment. Won't be back

Sweet girl making the icecream & unique treat. Very yummy! However, the dusty light fixtures need cleaning desperately . The chairs need to be cleaned or replaced & the walls need a fresh coat of paint as the paint was chipping off the walls.

Went there because we wanted to have the cute rolling ice cream, we’ve had it before somewhere else and we loved it. we came here because it was closer, the floors were extremely sticky, that our shoes made noise when walking, we waiting 10 mins for them to even come out and talk to us (we were the only customers in there at the time) then 4 teens came behind us and they completely stopped taking out order to talk to him and laughing with them. then after we got our order, it took them a while to make our order, the rolls were sloppy. i would like to give them another try, if it was cleaner and better customer service.

This was my 1st time seeing ice cream rolled into place...simply amazing.
