i love fresh chef kitchen! my meals are always fresh and delicious! its so much more convenient for me to pick up my meals on saturday and have lunch meal prepped for the whole week, rather than commuting to grab lunch every day! and i love that the nutritional info is printed on every meal. fresh chef kitchen will always have a customer in me! great service, delicious product, fair prices! best meal prep service in all of br!

After hearing about the fresh chef kitchen through a mutual friend, I could finally drive up and get some of the prepped meals to try. The food is the best! Ideally, they are put together and significant portions. Suppose you are into portion control and local. I highly recommend these guys. I will make the drive up every time I can get there!
