With a fairly broad choice of ingredients, Fresh Junkie combines them in a number of ways to create a moderately wide selection of salads and wraps. Each is tasty in it's own right.Add in a kombucha and you've created a meal that will not only filll you up but provide a number of benefits.Eating here also supports a local entrepreneur. Vegetarian options: Don't add meat to your salad and you're home free.

Salads are pretty good, but the way they package take-out orders is downright criminal. They come in these cute little "Chinese food" boxes, but the ratio here is 98% lettuce + 3 morsels of protein and 6 blades of cheese. Then, with any oxygen left in the box, they push a single ramekin of dressing down on top.(Thanks, Pat!)

Strolling through the Baton Rouge Farmers market and walked through this inside area which had several food vendors and a few other booths. Bathrooms were clean, safe and these paintings on the walls caught my eye.
