My daughter and I love to come here to play games! I work at a local tint shop and the owner of this location had come in one day to get some tint and a truck bed install, he was so sweet he brought us all some extra meat pizzas just as a thank you! They were delicious. I really love that you can request whatever pizza you’d like them to make and in a matter of minutes, it’s out at the buffet hot and fresh and ready to eat. Customer service here is always very friendly and welcoming. My little one LOVES to spend a lot of time playing the games, we’re getting really good at the claw machine where you get the ticket rings. Recently they added more new games to play with brought tons of joy to my little one’s heart! I love this place because it just feels safer than taking her to main event where there’s a bunch of older kids and there’s no one consuming alcoholic beverages either. Great place to spend quality time feeling safe with younger kiddos.

My son loves pizza. This was the perfect spot for him to go. Everyone was friendly. The place was clean. The pizza bar & salad bar was refreshed. I'd definitely go back.

Great pizza. I've been going to the Essen location since I was a kid. The owner is super friendly, and the staff is always pleasant and professional. I prefer the original layout before renovations just cause I am a kid of the seventies and eighties. The new location is bright and definitely more spacious, just not as much of a cozy at home feeling to it. If you need a good deal and you're feeding a houseful of people, stop in.

The pizzas and other dishes were well prepared and the prices here are decent. It is a great restaurant for large gatherings and for families or individuals with young children. There's a game room for the kids old and young along with a comfortable relaxing atmosphere.

Price went up 80 % in 1 year. It used to be 8.99 for buffet. Now it's 13.45. it's definitely a pass.
It's not frustrating. It's un-american because it drives up inflation. Like I said, I won't be back.

I waited over 30 minutes for one large pizza. When I asked about it, they told me it had been cut and would be right out. Fast-forward 10 more minutes I walk back up to the front and ask to speak to the manager for a refund and he tells me that my pizza was just put in the oven and he’s not sure what happened to it the first time. Very poor service and I won’t be back. What was once a childhood staple sucks now!!!

I ordered pick up and found the pick up window to be convenient. The crust lacked flavor and cheese was light. Overall the pizza was just okay. I ordered breadsticks which had good flavor. I didn't realize breadsticks didn't come without sauce so they were a bit dry. Overall, I probably will not become a regular with better pizza places close by.

I took my family and I here yesterday for a fun saturday night??! We had a wonderful time making memories. This one young girl took really good care of me! I did not catch her name unfortunately. She had beautiful blue eyes and bow earrings is all I can vividly remember. Yummy food?! We will be back again..

This is our favorite pizza but we don't have one in our town. Whenever we're in Baton Rouge, we stop here. The pizza is delicious and we always receive friendly service when we come. They have a large dining room which is a good thing because this place is popular. We always order a pizza but most come here for the buffet. It has a good selection of pizzas, salads, pasta, and desserts. And you can make a request for your favorite pizza if you don't see it. You won't go away hungry!

Bad experience today when I called for a pizza to pick up. A vehicle was in line ahead of me. After waiting a while. I called the restaurant and asked if my order was ready. It was. I asked Ben to have them move since he told me they had just ordered. He refused and told me I could either wait or come in. Being disabled and not wanting to have to do this. I was forced to since my food was ready. When I inquire about who to talk with about their policy . He shrugged his shoulders and looked at the manager. Then they both walked away. I bring my FB here about every other month. At least 16 people. We will have to reconsider this.
