My second visit to this restaurant. I decided to get a variety of dishes to try. It's a clean establishment that will be closing the dine in section at the end of March to deliver only. The food was tasty, but I was upset that two rib orders before mine looked better than mine. I guess they made up for it with the extra brisket, but I was looking forward to the ribs. One sauce didn't feel like enough for my ribs and the brisket though. My burger was good. The sides were good as well.

I didn't know what I wanted to eat, but I had heard the ribs were good here. Clean atmosphere. Ample parking. Decent prices. The cashier was nice. I noticed that they're closing at the end of this month; delivery will be the only option. I decided to order ribs, brisket, catfish, shrimp, and a burger. The sides were green beans, red beans with rice, macaroni and cheese, and yams. We would have enough food for at least two days if not three. The two rib plates, prior to mine, looked great so I was expecting to see the same for my order. My three ribs was more like 1, but I think they gave extra brisket to make up for it. I think two sauces should come with this kind of bbq order, but I made the one work. The catfish and the shrimp were both tender; not cooked hard at all. The red beans and rice were okay. The fries seem to be the store bought frozen kind. They were okay too. The other sides were awesome. A different way to prepare mac and cheese with the small noodles... Still, we enjoyed our food. Wishing them great success in their transition.

Baby Dolls, Get 'Er Done, is a nice restaurant. The cashier is very cordial. Decided to stop here to get every craving for today. I don't know if that is a good thing or not, having so much on the menu, but I'm glad today it worked. Decided to try the BBQ ribs with brisket. Saw three previous orders and their ribs looked great. My plate...I guess they made up for the half ribs by adding more brisket. The sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese were fine. The catfish was fluffy and tasted great. The shrimp weren't cooked hard and that is a plus. Green beans were good. The red beans and rice was okay. The swiss mushroom burger was tasty. The fries, may do better to have fresh fries versus the store bought crinkle ones. Still, we enjoyed the food. March 2019, I was informed that the restaurant will close, but delivery will still be an option. Perhaps they will revise the menu so they have a smaller focus. Sometimes smaller is better. Still, I would recommend them.

I really liked the food here it was VERY good. The ribs and mashed potatoes and gravy were my favorite. The chicken came in second and my brisket sandwich came in third. I'm not sure if the brisket would've tasted the same if I had chosen it as one of the meats on the 2 meat platter since I ate it on a sandwich so I guess I can only judge the brisket sandwich. Well regardless the sandwich was good. The decor on the other hand was not. The bright green and purple/blue reminded me of the Joker for some reason. It's too bright in there. Other than that I really liked the food.

Friendly, attentive staff. Clean, themed atmosphere. Quick, efficient service. The food is absolutely amazing. The shrimp was some of the best I've ever had and the chicken was literally fall off the bone perfectly cooked and delicious. The mashed potatoes are amazing and you can tell they are real potatoes not some premixed nonsense. Even though the mac & cheese wasn't what I was expecting (spaghetti style noodles were a new one for me!) they were delicious. I would definitely recommend Baby Dolls Cafe! This is one of those "I would want this as my last meal" kind of places.
Ate here on my lunch break. I ordered brisket plate with Mac and potato salad. Brisket was really good but the Mac was thick and potato salad was too sweet. Service was good but need to work on the sides.

I think I found my new soul food/plate lunch (well dinner) spot! The first time I got the ribs and the meat was fall off the bone tender..almost like a brisket and the second time I came, I got grilled shrimp that was saturated in this sweet sauce with onions..almost like boiled shrimp. Sooo good! Both plates came with two sides and the servings of each were worth the money. Pricing is about the same what you'll pay for at a chili's. You can place to-go orders here but wait time was 5-10 minutes. There is plenty of seating if you wanted somewhere to duck off on your lunch break or you're on a date or with family/friends and y'all just wanted to eat somewhere low key and not sitting in front of a lot of people. Customer service was great both times as well.

Went with a group of four based on a recommendation from the front desk at our hotel. It was some of the best BBQ we'd ever had, and the prices were excellent. We had ribs, brisket, and chicken. The ribs were fall off the bone tender with an amazing flavor. The brisket was juicy, tender, and tasty (my favorite). I don't know how the chicken was, the guy who ordered it said it was too good to share. For sides we had the mac&cheese, dirty rice, corn, and red beans. Both guys that got the mac&cheese liked it. The dirty rice was really good and chicken-guy liked his corn. I was not impressed with the red beans, they had more of a refried bean flavor. Not bad, just not what I was looking for. So next time I'll order something else. Cause I will definitely be back and I'm bringing friends. Fat hungry friends.
