I have been trying not to give yall a bad review because I like the food and most times the service is friendly. I went in this morning and order 9 lemon pepper wings combo. For starters I was given hot wings and 6 wings. I go back and it’s like someone back there can’t count because I was still shorted a wing. I’m not going back for the wing but yall really gotta pay attention. It wasn’t busy, matter fact I might have been the first customer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this same issue please do better at listening to what is said on the drive thru and pay attention to the food before you give it out to the customers.

I just want to say i dont know if there was a change of staff recently but my last few visits here have been phenomenal. The black manager lady there lol she is just the kindest and the vibe of the place was just nice. Keep doing whatever yall been doing!!!

I had an amazing experience at the airline location The cashier was very polite and cheerful," The food came out fast and hot," I appreciate how attentive they were to my special requests."I received my order so quickly! Everything was exactly as I ordered. The staff had a great attitude and made me feel welcome. The cashier was really helpful in choosing a meal to fit me and my family's appetite ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️five stars all the way!!!!!!

Golden Rose could be roasted longer the last two trips I had to roast the chicken in the oven at home in order to be able to eat it I just don't know what happened when you guys first opened the cook they had at first used to roast the chicken to perfection but now whoever's cooking in the kitchen these days are pulling the chicken out before it reaches 165°
