Dont normally do reviews. But just had to let it be known. This restaurant was on point with food and service. It was kinda slow so wasnt expecting hot food everything was hot and fresh. The staff and manager on duty really did a great job. Thanks for making my dinner experience exceptional..

Today, I went into the Golden Chick on Greenwell Springs Road for the first time. We were greeted with smiling faces and great service. The chicken was great and the rolls were soft and buttery. I sure hope they put that Popeyes Chicken across the street out of business! They should have closed a long time ago. I will definitely return to Golden Chick. Y'all go show them some love!!!

I went to this location a few days ago. So we got to the speaker the person was very rude.we order wings from here and she asked us what was the side 3 times. So we get to the window we got our other food. They didn’t give us our wings and they told us we had to drive back around to reorder if we wanted the wings.horrible experience need better Employees at this location

Woman at the drive thru was very blunt (although not rude) and lately they are out of one soda or another. It would be great if they took a little extra time to double check orders because the last couple times we have had incorrect sides, missing sauces, or missing food.
Mr. Darrell took my order!! He was very nice and very professional!! Had amazing customer service skills, the best I’ve had thus far since I’ve moved to Baton Rouge!! I’ve been here for 4 years and good customer service is very hard to find out here!! He went above and beyond and was patient with me as I placed the order!!

We were so happy a Golden Chick opened closer to the house. The food has been perfect every time so far and the GM Darrell was extremely pleasant and kind to us. His hospitality was the biggest take away from our recent visit. Memorable hospitality from a fast food place is definitely rare so we appreciate it.
