Very rude very unprofessional. Sat in drive thru 30 minutes for cold food then didn’t want to give my kids sauce for their tenders. The cow in the window was very rude this took place today and I will not be returning to this establishment

I love golden chick. But the staff that works here especially that woman that is at the window has the worst attitude omg. Laughed in my face, I had to leave cause it seemed like she might’ve tampered with the food.

Try GoldenChick on GreenWell for the first time. I must say the customer service is amazing. When I walked in door I was greeted by a young lady behind the counter with a smile and she say welcome to GoldenChick are you dinner in with us are taken out. I told her it was my first time here and she recommended the $6 deal and the $6.99 special. I got the $6 deal roasted plate. The roasted Chicken was very flavorful hot and amazing and very clean restaurant. I will return..

We used to be die hard Popeyes people, but Golden Chick on Greenwell Springs in BR changed our minds. The fried chicken is on par with Popeyes, but the food is always fresh, hot, and our order is never wrong. My son was extra impressed that the guy who helped us at 1:30pm on 1/6/26 asked to make sure he had his sauce before we left.

Went to this location on 11/6/25 thought I'd try it for the first time although the service was nice and friendly the food was undercooked preferably the chicken it still had blood in the fried chicken so they definitely took it out of the fryer fas to soon so if any sickness occurs after eating their half cooked fried chicken sorry to say it will be their regrets .
