I have been a patron of this business for quite some time, but after tonight I will NOT be returning. I visited the Bluebonnet location to pick up my order through the drive through. The girl working the window was very rude and cold (no greeting, kindness, or anything).I told her what order I was picking up, was informed that my food was being bagged, and the window was slammed in my face. Another woman brought me my food and my ticket.

I began checking the food and discovered that a part of my order was incorrect. The first person returned to the window after some time and very dryly was like "Yeah?". I informed her of the incorrect portion of the order and asked for it to be remade. She then states that what I ordered (a rocket burger with only cheese, grilled onions, and sauce on garlic toast) wasn't on their screen that way. I don't understand how that could be true when the three receipts I was given listed my order exactly how it was supposed to be. I told her that the burger had lots of lettuce and tomatoes on it and no sauce. She rudely took the order back, said okay and slammed the window again.

I waited for three to four minutes when she returned, gave me the food, slammed the window for a third time, and ran off before I could check the food. She never apologized about the mistake or anything. Upon checking the food I see I was given the same exact plate back. I know it was the exact same plate because I marked the plate and the buns before giving it back to the girl in the window. All they did was haphazardly remove the lettuce and tomatoes, and smear some sauce on the burger. There were still shreds of lettuce and tomato seeds and juice on the burger. The food was already barely warm when I first received the order. Now the burger and mere three shrimp were just cold, soggy, and mushy. After giving my friend their part of the order it was discovered that their burger was burnt to a crisp and rock hard. The fries were severely undercooked, soggy, and mushy. An additional glance at my burger revealed a hair!

This was a waste of time and money! Being out in the rain to deal with this type of service and lackluster food is truly disgusting and annoying. I want a refund immediately! Especially since we now have to go find dinner elsewhere. The last two or three times I've been here I noticed that the food quality had gone down. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were busy or something, but I see that this place is just overpriced and low quality now.

Havnt been in a while and was very disappointed this evening. My husband and I went with our 3 year old after a birthday party close by. Last time I went, it was a different location (Government) and very good. This evening we went to the Bluebonnet location. While the staff was super friendly and restaurant was clean, the food was terrible. It wasn't hot, the corn pudding was essentially wet cornbread, the baked beans had an orange tint and tasted like canned beans and the ribs were cold. Not only were we disappointed in the food and the price we just spent on dinner, when we got home both my daughter and I were on the toilet. SO disappointed 😞

The Mac n cheese was runny and nasty, beans tasted like ketchup, smoked wings weren’t smoked they were fried extra hard, no seasoning on the brisket or pork rib, and rib was dry

Well....it is the beginning of the end for this place. Now charging a 3% credit card fee. I just spent $100 in BBQ. Can't hide $3 in $100? No longer serve beer. This is the slippery slope to losing customers. Time for me to find a new BBQ place.

Delicious! I haven't lived in Louisiana for two decades, and last time I was here the area was known for just about everything except BBQ. But I was blown away by how delicious Hannah Q's was! Everything was smoked to perfection. Big, delicious hunks of brisket.. even the fat on them tasted like butter. The rocket shrimp po'boy was awesome too, and very generous with the shrimp. $10 for a half was filling. And the price point wasn't too bad either!

Melissa and Lacey from this Bluebonnet location were absolutely wonderful! I called in 10 minutes prior to closing and was unsure if they would be willing to take my order. Melissa took my order happily! We arrived at 8:15, 15 minutes after closing and Lacey had our order ready and waiting! We thanked them several times and they both delivered our food with a smile. Such a wonderful experience and a joy to be served by people who are willing to go above and beyond for the customer! 10/10

Purchased Rib plate w/ fried okra and baked beans. Sides appeared okay. Bag and top of container was smeared w/ bbq sauce, ribs appeared old, cold & slattered w/ bbq sauce. I did not eat food. Called to report issue and was told the manager was not on duty until tomorrow at 4pm. This is not the first time I received subpar food from this location. I DO NOT recommended.
Prairieville location food is better & consistent.

3rd time here and it still doesn't disappoint. The brisket and ribs are amazing. Everything is tender, moist and not over smoked. We plan our trips to Baton Rouge to make sure we are able to include a stop at Hannah Q's.
