Some of my fellow service members and I dined here for lunch. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Ordering was smooth, and our food was delivered timely. They even provided a military discount. Overall, the food was flavorful, hot, and fresh. I had the triple smoked platyer. Sausage, ribs, and pulled pork. The sausage and pulled pork were excellent. The ribs were good but a bit on the fatty side. All in all, the food and service made it well worth the visit.

Some of the best bbq & im from Tx saying this!!!! I will be back when Im in the area!!!! Great service, great food and a beautiful establishment that's comfy. Don't hesitate to stop by its worth it. I got the brisket fries (to die for) and a bbq sandwich, the meat was so tender and flavorful.

The meat had a real good smoked flavor. I ordered chicken cause I thought it would have less fat. It was good except for the half cup of grease added to it. Also ordered the side of steamed broccoli, healthier choice. Not! Floating in a half cup of butter or butter flavor oil. Didn’t care for the slaw. But that’s just my taste.

I usually don’t write reviews but that’s how displeased I am . I go to the Hannah qs on Goverment all the time because it’s close to my job love them they are amazing food is always great staff is always friendly . I just realized I have one closer to home and decided to come here the first time I came the middle of my boudin balls were frozen solid … decided to come back today . And was served slop I ordered spaghetti the sauce was so watery they Saran wrapped the box and it was still spilling out of it into my bag .. when I showed them the food they said it was supposed to look like that . When I showed them a picture of the same plate from the other location they said well that’s because they have a stove we only have a microwave…. 20 dollars for noodles and juice ….do better .. the photo is exactly wat i got when i opened the box vs the other picture is wat it should look like

From Ohio & our first time here. Brisket platter with Mac & cheese, pork & beans was very good. Smoked chicken was still raw & bloody. Service great. Atmosphere would have been good except whomever was arranging tables/scraping the chairs across the floor was sooo loud couldn't hear each other talk.

I have ordered delivery from here a couple times now. Brisket is fantastic. Barbecue chicken is great. Smoked turkey was dry, smoked sausage should be served as a link, because sliced it is way too dry as well. Sauces are fantastic as well. Mac and cheese was awesome. Corn pudding was described as sweet and salty, but it was just way too sweet. Including big chunks of undissolved sugar throughout. Not good. Potato salad has a weird chemical taste and way too much pepper in it, and I like pepper. Coleslaw also has way too much pepper. Bread pudding was delicious and a very generous portion.

The service at the location at 9880 Bluebonnet Blvd., Suite F, Baton Rouge, LA 70810 is OUTSTANDING! In particular, the Manager, George, is EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL as well as PERSONABLE!! He has consistently provided me with sliced meats to my specific requirements and requests. I can only go through the drive thru because my husband is immunocompromised. And the staff there has also provided me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service both over the phone when I call in an order and then when I arrive at the window for pickup. They ALWAYS go above and beyond; and make me feel EXTREMELY WELCOME!!! They are TRULY the EPITOME of what Customer Service should be; and since I want to give credit where it is due, some of their names are Lorraine, Samantha, Brooklyn, Jacob, Madison, and Seth.And with regards to those sliced meats, they too are consistently smoked to perfection and extremely moist. In fact, this is probably one of the few if not only restaurants that we purchase food from since we moved to Baton Rouge a couple of years ago. I’m originally from NOLA and I can honestly say that the food here in Baton Rouge leaves a great deal to be desired in comparison to NOLA; and that’s actually an understatement. But I’m sure that anyone that’s tasted just about any food in NOLA and then here in Baton Rouge, would say the same. Sorry, NOT sorry.
We use to frequent the mid city location, and have never been disappointed. This was our first time attending the Bluebonnet location and it was extraordinary! Extremely comfortable atmosphere and dangerously good food. Francis went above and beyond catering to us and making us feel welcomed. New favorite spot.

Confirm before you leave the window!! We ordered ahead of time so we could pick up at the drive-thru window. When we got home, we had no BBQ sauce. We had ordered the sweet, so we had nothing to put on the pulled pork. We ordered two 1/4 dark chicken...one was cooked normally and one was part raw. Then no utensils and no napkins. We weren't very happy and do not plan to go back

The food was really good with a few exceptions:-Two people in our party said their Texas toast tasted like chemicals.-I ordered the boudin balls and there is absolutely no reason they need to be so big! They were overcooked on the outside and freezing cold in the middle.The pulled pork sandwich, mac, sweet potato casserole, and corn pudding were all great!
