The meat pies are out of this world!!! Crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the side, perfectly seasoned meat mixture. We even got fresh Boudin straight from the pot!! This is a great place to stop for a quick lunch during a road trip.

The cracklings were disappointing. The inside was white uncooked fat and the outside was tough, hard and burned. Unpleasant eating experience.

Ordered a Boudin King cake 48 hours in advance like they required! Went to pick it up, they informed me they didn’t make any that day! Sorry! Well that’s inexcusable, I had family coming in! They could have called me and I could have made other plans!! Shame on them.I did call Zack and left a message on his phone! He never returned my call!

Had to give a place that sells meats, special meats even, 5 stars. It's fun to come in and pick up stuff I wouldn't normally eat. I'm talking, stuffed, deboned whole chickens, bacon wrapped chicken torpedos, boudin balls, stuffed jalepenos. Never been disappointed. Next time you're having a get together (socially distanced I suspect) come here and get something weird.

The guy at the store was so polite. Full of information. They had a wide variety of food ready to be taken home and cooked. Would be a great place for someone to buy the food and take home for a stay in date night.

I visited the store a few days ago because they are somewhat new to the area. I was wondering if they were affiliated with the store in the Breaux Bridge/Lafayette area because we always frequent that store when passing through or on some occasions we will make a special trip just to stock up on some our favorites. Upon entry I was not greeted, the young man behind the counter assisted another lady when she asked a question, he stood directly behind me and still never greeted me. Only myself and another customer were in the store. Ok, I continue browsing still nothing, not a "are you looking for something specific nothing". So, I decided to keep my money and not patronize this business simply because of the service. I exited still nothing. Not a very pleasurable experience. Although the products looked very good, I just will not spend my money if I'm not greeted or simply acknowledged.

Stopped in this weekend for the first time! Good selection of fresh and frozen prepared foods. If you are looking for hot food the selection I sampled sure was tasty. The Boudin was delicious but the chicken crackling was my favorite I have had! Perfect combination of meat to skin/batter with good seasoning! Not so salty it is over kill. Loved it all!

I’ve shipped Cajun food to NY a few times. It arrived when they said it would, and the food is delicious!
Delicious Boudin balls and eggrolls. Top-quality steaks. That’s all I’ve tried, so far, but I’m confident the other fresh meats and other local treats will be equally terrific. Super clean shop; Hunter wipes down all the surfaces with disinfectant repeatedly through the day. Need to put some protein in your freezer? May as well make it delicious!

Went to Hebert’s this morning to do a little shopping. They have an excellent selection of boneless-stuffed chickens, brisket, rabbits, crawfish pies, etc. Geaux check them out.
