Hibachi Xpress

Not sure if the word express belongs anywhere in the name. 45 minutes plus and still waiting for a simple steak hibachi order. I could have walked to Rouses, bought a steak and a griddle and cooked my own faster than this. Well 57 minutes is the magic number. And before they comment that they were busy it was me and another couple in the store that got their food right as I walked in.

Very small portions for the price. They will not follow add on instructions and you will not receive full refunds if they leave off the very expensive add ons. Rice is hard like its days old.

Nothing xpress about this place

Good steak but very bland fried rice. Maybe 2 peas in the whole dish, no egg. Yum yum sauce costs extra. Will not be back.

I am a delivery driver picking up and I didn't know the drink was in the bag. I thought they forgot it, the guy dollars and tells me there are two bags, the drink is in the bag. I told him he should have said that. Most of the time they forget. Very unprofessional.

I got the hibachi chicken and noodles with no veggies. The flavor is amazing! I’m very picky when it comes to hibachi and this was very flavorful. I only spent 11 for a big portion of food.

I used to get food from here all the time but after my recent order I unfortunately won’t be going back.

Despite their website stating the hibachi entrees come with fried rice or steamed white rice and vegetables with the option of noodles for an up charge, soup and salad… my order of chicken hibachi ONLY came with noodles and chicken… Either update the website or get the order right.

Amazing chicken, steak and shrimp with fantastic rice. I go 3 times a week and am never disappointed. The food is great for leftovers as well and is easily reheatable. The food is always packed to the top of the lid and a VERY good amount for the price. This is my go to place for some quality food for a good price, highly recommend. Will definitely be back, amazing people and restaurant.

This was my first time ordering food from this place and I call to place a order over the phone he started offering more stuff I said no I just want the hibachi so he got upset saying he don’t know what I’m saying and hung up in my face I’m not ok with that.

One of our favorites! Everytime we go, the service is fast and the fried noodles are some of the best noodles I've had anywhere! Also the hibachi fried rice and noodle dishes are a great value for the amount of food you get.

Food is straight. AND Without the rice noodles, it’s just a china wok that you can’t call ahead for. Leave the fettuccini noodles in fettuccine please!

I got the hibachi fried rice. My order was ready quickly, and the service was good. The food was just bad. Flavor was mediocre. Chicken dry. But the shrimp was inedible, mushy and spoiled; i immediately spit it out. I am just hoping I don’t get food poisoning at this point.
