Hibachiana offers a unique Cajun-inspired hibachi experience. The food is seasoned to perfection, with standout dishes like 10/10 boudin egg rolls and delicious chicken wings. The hibachi is not prepared tableside, but the portion sizes are generous enough for two people to share a plate. Many customers praise the seafood rice, which includes sautéed crawfish, sausage, shrimp, lobster, and crab, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The plates are often packed with food and reasonably priced, offering good value. The restaurant has a cozy, hole-in-the-wall feel that adds to its charm, with friendly staff providing nice service. Overall, Hibachiana delivers a satisfying dining experience with tasty, well-seasoned dishes that keep customers coming back.
