I was a constant player at the Hollywood Casino and I cannot tell you how impressed I am by The Queen. It’s so beautiful and clean inside, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I played a new game called Cajun stud, not knowing what I was doing and not only were the players helpful but so were the dealers and the Pit Boss. It made my experience so much better with people helping me with the new game. I will be back.

I played on yesterday for about an hour and a half & I DIDN'T have 1 bottle of water or a cup of coffee!.. it's Really Ridiculous how those cocktail people are over there!!! Some Big tall Black Guy with Locks in his hair walked around Twice and DIDN'T even ask if me or other Patrons wanted anything to drink there was an older man I was sitting next to and he was eventalking about how you couldn't even get a water it'sSAD and they are SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING FOR TIPS!!!!!Thank God I Won a Little Money other wise I WOULD NOT have had a good time.. thx

The younger cocktail workers are very nasty nice. What I mean is they will pass by you fast and say cocktails and you have to scream and say over here. You order a drink and they never bring it to you. I’ve complained of this before and the young girls know it because when I’m there I hear them say that’s her. Very unprofessional. I’m a diamond player and I just stop going like I use to. I take my business where I’m appreciated.

I had a great experience. I typically play blackjack. That was fun as always. Had ups and downs, but the dealers were pleasant and great with helping teaching those who didn’t know how to play. I had never played craps. Everyone at that table was really friendly also. I actually liked it. I may have a new game.
