I always have a great experience when I visit the plank rd location. Food always is hot and fresh. Even the cooks come out to greet you and make sure everything is to your liking. No complaints here ?

They double charged me for a kid's meal chicken strip and I ordered a grilled chicken salad that they gave me little to no lettuce after initially asking for extra lettuce. When I brought it to their attention they lied about not having any more lettuce just because they were busy. They definitely need to step their game up and higher some additional staff that can offer good quality service and food. I'm very disappointed and honestly they lost a customer.

She always so sweet and patient, and also very accurate with any information you may need. She honestly makes the experience feel like no other and she deserves a raise and proper recognition.
