I ordered red snapper I got something totally different not even an accidental catfish. Whatever fish I was given it was not even seasoned and the fried shrimp was soggy not fried. They couldn’t even supply hotsauce but throw in my bag tartar sauce and lots of ketchup. I will not be back, Hooks do better, highly disappointing. I will go elsewhere scale of 1-10 you get a 1..Do better....

Went to the same location on 2 different days. The food was fresh and hot. Loved the oyster poboy, could’ve been a lil more filling however it was fresh and the price was decent. Next I had the shrimp box w fries and they were fresh and hot and decently priced.

NO. Just NO. The prices are insane on DoorDash compared to in store. Just sad because it's actually great tasting food. 3-10 dollars higher for each item is a NO for me. Plus they don't give you any napkins or decent condiments lol. I do wonder if this is a store situation or DoorDash. Just SAD.

Very disappointed. Came thru the drive thru at 7:21 pm on Friday 10/25. Ordered the shrimp poboy. Shrimp were burned. Tasted like they had been fried in old grease. My first time visiting, definitely will not return. For reference my order number was 556.
I found hair on fried chicken!!! Customer service is typically ok here, but when i went on 9/23, the guy working the window around 7 ish had no customer service skills!!! Again, I found hair on my chicken!

Food was great and customer service never bad... The outside might throw you off but look past it because here is something to the about it right next to chicken shack which been there for years so for hooks to hold it down means a lot

The employees here are soooo nice! Friendly and respectful and no attitudes like most food places. The food here is also very good! My husband and I came from Illinois to visit. We were out late and wanted food and googled this place. There was a wait in line but that's no issue because the food and service are soo good. Thanks for the hospitality!!!

Super tired so we ordered dordash. The food was hot, the fish battered light and was crispy. The shrimp was not over battered. Wings are a little spicy but good. The house sauce was really good and could go with anything. Highly recommend the slushie!!
