I order Fish with rice and vegetables. Fish is not dry veggies should be soft and crispy. My plate was big mess of good veggies gone bad by taste. I really think you need a better chef. Food is to high to waste and this was a waste dry food is not good. Get a cook who knows his or her way around a kitchen.

I had a horrible experience at this location today. Whoever the foreign tan skinned guy is with the bald spot in the middle of his head at this location is a horrible person. I was picking up an order for a customer at the plank road location. I attempted to walk in which at the time it was only 9:45pm where the lobby doors were locked. At the other locations during this time the lobby locations are not locked. I found that extremely unprofessional as I'm a business major. I proceeded to call to see if there was an ability to hand the order to me by me walking to the door. The foreign bald headed guy declined which i found as odd and unprofessional. I proceeded to use the drive through which had a line of like 20 cars for no reason but slow service. The Doordash customer suffered an even longer wait time after having ordered ahead of cars which is unprofessional. I waited for an additional 40 minutes what felt like and by the time i reached the drive through window the guy did not have the order ready because he forgot about the order and order name. I told him the order name again and he proceeded to hand me the order. Before receiving the order i asked if he had any drink holders or bags that i could put the drinks in so that they didn't fall or spill and so that they can travel safely with me to drop off safely. He said no and that he didn't have anymore bags which was a lie because there were bags in the background of store. I told him that i needed a second to figure it out. I called the customer to inform him about this experience and the customer wanted to speak with the guy about their order. The bald guy declined to speak to the customer and said "The customers don't matter, I don't care about the customer i care about doordash that he will only speak to doordash not the customer". I had the customer on the line and they were just as baffled as me hearing what this guy was saying about customers and their paid orders. I find this completely unprofessional as well and this is not a good representation of the company. I personally will never eat at any Hooks location as long as this employee is still there; with his attitude he needs to work at the trash dump. After this incident i told the customer that i will still try to bring them their order. The bald guy had the order ready but refused to hand the order to me causing pain and suffering to a dasher and a paying customer as well as damaging the reputation of this company by being employed there. I will make sure everyone knows about this incident and makes sure not to invest into this company as long as that worker is there. I have also called and left a vm with GM and i've reported incident to doordash for further investigation. This was a horrible experience that i hope NEVER happens again. This person should not be employed with this company anymore as his behavior does not align with positive organizational behaviors.
