Not big enough, not enough tables, cant move around easily, people knock drinks out of your hands bc there's no room.
IceHouse is a great spot with a really cool atmosphere — laid back, friendly, and always a good time. The owner is super nice and always welcoming, and the bartenders are great — very helpful and give excellent service every time. The food is solid, prices are reasonable, and it’s definitely one of the places me and my friends like to visit regularly. Always a good experience.
Good atmosphere for having some drinks and enjoying a game. Service was easy, bartenders were friendly, and prices were solid.

I was really looking forward to a fun night out with my best friend at IceHouse Tap Room, especially since she’s a regular there. At first, everything seemed fine — the vibe was good, and the staff seemed attentive. But things took a turn when it was time to ask for the bill.
My friend asked for her tab, and one of the bartenders kept asking for her last name. She repeated it five times, raising her voice a little because of the loud music. Instead of being helpful, the bartender told her to “calm down lady” in a rude tone, which was totally unnecessary and unprofessional. When my friend explained she had to raise her voice because her name wasn’t being understood, the bartender then made a really inappropriate comment about her “bad accent” in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and made her feel super uncomfortable.
On top of that, we saw some inappropriate behavior from other guests — a woman showing her breasts multiple times and a couple basically having sex with their clothes on right there. Honestly, not the kind of place I’d recommend if you’re looking to have a good, relaxing time.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and maintain a respectful environment. Not what I expected from what should be a fun spot.

Great place to relax. If your a Golden Tee fan, good records to try and beat. LSU is the handle to beat.

What a gem! This was my first time in, and I already know it won’t be my last. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — exactly what you want in a perfect neighborhood bar. The bartenders are absolutely top-notch: friendly, fast, great cocktails and cold beer.
The live music added such great energy.
You can tell the ownership really cares about creating a great experience. Had a great conversation with them. Everything from the vibe to the service felt thoughtful and genuinely customer-focused.
So glad I stopped in — already looking forward to coming back!
Owner of this place - he is a complete jerk and the rudest person I think I have ever met! Group of ladies went and we walked in @ 10;45. Paid 40.00 cover for 4 ladies @ 10 per person. After being there for 15 minutes, the band stopped at 11. We mentioned to the door guy and the owner that we wished we would have known the band was about to stop or at least been able to pay half cover charge. Owners response, Oh well!
We could not believe how rude he was (no customer service skills at all).
He then told us if we didn’t like it …to leave. Even more surprised, we said is this how you treat your customers and he said again leave if you don’t like it. I said …really sad how you treat your customers and prior owners Anthony Galo and his family never treated people this way. He then said and that’s why they don’t own it anymore and leave if you don’t like it!
I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never be back, nor will the group we were with this past Friday night.
As soon as the band stopped at 11, the entire place was empty. The only positive thing I can say about this place is my friend Amber works here and she is amazing.
Really great bartenders.
The door guy who worked Friday night is a absolute joke, me and my fiancé were meeting a group of friends here, she is a student at Mississippi state going for her PHD. She is from Colombia she happened to not have her Mississippi license on hand. So she showed him a completely acceptable international passport with age, and all things up to date. He decided to play candy crush on his phone rather than allow us to go in, this is interesting since this place much less a bar would be turning away individuals after everything is opening back up from covid. We ended up going down town and not having any issues getting into any bars, 3 bars accepted it and our business. Don’t waste your time, this strip mall bar is not worth your time.
