We enjoyed a delightful experience at IHOP, especially with the kids' meals which were both delicious and affordable. Arabi, our waitress, provided excellent customer service and was very attentive. Although there was a wait for our food, it arrived hot, perfectly cooked, and well worth it. Highly recommend!

Window server was young and not friendly. Gave me my food tied up in bag and walked off. I got home to see a whole order was missing. My steak was cold and tough. Called numerous times, no one answered. Sent my husband with receipt to get missing order, little girl told him she put it in the bag and he must want to place a new order. Manger then came and replaced the missing order. I will not spend my money at this crappy location again.

The women who was taking our orders was rude from the beginning throughout our time she mellowed out a bit but was still rude in general. We are a family of six which is expected to be pricy but even then our total came to $140 which was way more than we were expecting to pay. We checked the prices online of this IHOP and it came out to $90. She wouldn't let us see the charges and wouldn't let us print the ticket. This was a very disappointing experience. Apart from that the food was better.

It was my birthday and I decided someone else was going to do breakfast. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Since I wanted to order to go, I was shown to the to go waiting area, where my order was taken and ready in just a few short minutes.
