The General Manager was speaking very rudely to her employees. It took over 40 minutes to get our meals and she was not apologetic. If it was not for ADRIAN we would have left the location. I will be contacting the Corporate Office. It’s a good thing I am not a critic.

IHOP,I seldom eat here, but every time I do they are under staffed, but the waitress always wins me over with her attitude. This is really not a great restaurant, unless you think IHOP is great, and if you do this one is as good as it gets. I'm not sure more waitress are the answer, but you got 5 Stars from me so.... if you like IHOP you will like this one.

Worst service ever. Cierra was completely not into customer service. I got my drink a coffee and water. Finished that and she never came back. Ate more than half of meal with no drink. When they called her to check me out. I asked her about it. She said she thought I wanted to be left alone! No salsa for the fajita omelet. What is that about? I'm done with IHOP.

When Me and my Sister in Law arrived we was greeted by the Hostess he was the tall guy super nice great attitude.. He took us to our table the first available .. the waitress we believe her name is Shandel with the black baseball cap and the big bird lashes she was nasty and rude she didn’t want us in her section she was loud and caused a scene.. So the young man moved us to Ty section she was amazing.. Shandel didn’t want us in her section because we was black and don’t tip.. However we is not from here and you can’t judge a book by its cover.. For her information we tip Ty our waitress very Good and we tipped the Hosts. They both was amazing.. Someone needs to talk to Shandel about her customer service.. Cause she don’t know if we was a food critic or what…

Took a giant group to iHop tonight and had fantastic service. Our server, Ciera, handled the crowd like a pro. Took awesome care of our titer and hungry crew.
Ciera is great! We had a very large group and she was a rockstar!

Black waitress there is terrible from initiation. I took it as a joke as she consisted with rude gestures. I assumed she would've acknowledged she was kidding, but after she no-look-slid my water on the table without words while simultaneously walking away from the table, I got up and left. Never experienced that in my life.
