Waitstaff seemed to not underdtand that people were there to eat. The manager? (The lady with the red mohawk) was yelling across the floor to people, the waitress who sat us didnt even acknowledge that we were there other than "follow me". After putting our silverware down she immediately turned and ran into my girlfriend.Food took 35 minutes to hit the table. Not a big deal, they were busy; however, the omelets were warm, and the hasbrowns were room temp.Tracy, our waitress, dropped a creamer onto the floor right in front of us and, instead of throwing it away, she put it in the bowl of creamers on the table.Between me and my girlfriend we have 15 years of restaurant experience and neither of us enjoyed the experience.Please do not yell across the floor, please do not put things that have touched the floor onto the table, and please at least attempt customer service when greeting.

Was there on Easter Sunday around 9Wait was a little Long to get a table but it's was Easter Sunday so I understand. When we ordered are food it took kinda long and when we finally got our food it was really cold. So we asked our waitress if they can remake because I mean who eats cold food???So she said give her min and my manager will be on her way to assist us...... we waited and waited....till the same waitress said pls be patient she's coming?!?! So we waited and waited patiently till about 30 min of waiting and granted we still haven't touch our food due to it being cold. So we got fed up and just got up and walked out. This has to be the most Terrible experience I've ever had anywhere I will not recommend anyone to come hereVery unprofessional. They clearly dnt like serving hot food here and have a useless manager

I should have paid attention to the reviews. This was the worst ihop I’ve ever been to. To start off with the restaurant is dirty with food all over the floor with no one cleaning up, when we were sat down it took the waitress a good 20 mins to come acknowledge us, apparently she had an “accident” in the restroom according to the manager. It took another 20 mins to get our drinks ( 2 orange juices) and another 20 mins for me to finally ask for another waitress. I had to re-order my food with another waitress who actually wanted to be there. Stay away from this ihop until they change it up from the top.

Not a good experience here. Food took forever to come out and the French toast had a huge, long hair, right on top of it. We sent it back and instead of it being expedited, we were al completely finished eating and asked for the check before the new food came out.
Just had the absolutely best experience at this location. The entire team were so friendly, genuinely happy, and kind. 10 out of 10! Thanks Chris and Shelonda!

Went there on Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t busy. Awful service. All the servers were complaining in the open atmosphere. Cooks didn’t get along with servers so they gave the server bad food and gave it to us. Had them remake the food and still disappointed. Just fire everyone and start over, honestly.
