I see where people were disappointed with their pizza take out orders and want to respond.
It is ridiculous to order a pizza and pay $22 and not look at it before paying for it. Any issues could have been resolved at that time or you could have taken your business elsewhere.
Common sense tells me that if I drive 20 minutes to get a pizza I would check it out before paying. I definitely wouldn't complain when I got home. You said it was undercooked. Did you think to put it in the oven.
To the lady who felt that being ignored while other patrons were waited on was racially motivated: I can understand why you feel that way. I hope your review was a wake-up call for the owners. Family owned businesses sometimes fall short on customer service etiquette. My suggestion to Isabella's staff is to be more alert and strive to give patrons the best service to go along with the fantastic food.
Now for my review: a friend and I had a late lunch at Isabella's today. He had the lobster ravioli and said it was very good. He cleaned his bowl. I had a cup of tomato basil soup and a large Mediterranean salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Next time I will have a bowl of tomato basil soup and a small salad. The soup was amazing; silky smooth with a spicy kick on the back end. The salad was the best I have had anywhere. Service was excellent. We will be returning.
I feel the low rating is not deserved.

I have ordered an artichoke and spinach calzone from them through DoorDash on several occasions. They NEVER send me a calzone but substitute the dip (without my knowledge or permission)! THEY HAVE LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER FOREVER!

My boyfriend and I decided to try a local pizza business and were very disappointed! We ordered over the phone for pickup. Upon arrival, there was no one at the host stand, which is understandable considering there weren’t many people dining in. I wasn’t greeted by the server, but I remained patient until other customers walked in and were directed and greeted immediately. After walking up to the bar, another customer who arrived after me was served first. I felt as if I was treated this way for racially motivated reasons.
After arriving home already dissatisfied with the service, I found that the pizza was much smaller compared to the photos online. It was also very poorly cut, as if the presentation of a $22 XL pizza didn’t matter. I called the store to resolve my issue and was told to bring the pizza back in order to receive a refund. The OWNER, who reiterated his position to me multiple times, raised his voice and was very agitated that I called him. After he didn’t help at all, I decided to share my experience in the store with the OWNER. He didn’t care to hear a word I was saying and instead kept asking me, “What do you want me to do about it?” LOL ?. I’m not sure, sir, but maybe focus on making your services worth paying for so customers come back. These customers will NEVER return.

Picked up catering for a lunch and learn and the food was delicious. The owner and his daughter were super helpful and nice in getting the order done! Two pasta dishes, lasagna and mediterranean shrimp pasta, Italian salad and the spinach, shrimp and artichoke dip was spot on and a ton of food!!
