The hour and one-half line at Texas Roadhouse and nearly empty parking lot at Chilis on Friday evening should have been an omen, but we want a quick, easy meal so opted for Chilis. When we entered, half of the restaurant was shut down and the other nearly empty. Four servers mingled around the back while the couple in front of us stood waiting seemingly for awhile. Finally, someone seated them and then us. While we glanced over the menu, we ordered the guacamole. After a long wait, the guac arrived without chips. The server didn’t seem to know what to do about that. After consultation with the attendant, chips and salsa arrived. After another long wait, the attendant took our order. My daughter ordered the Chicken Enchilada Soup and a salad, my wife the Chili, and I the Cajun Chicken Pasta. After another long wait, the server brought out the “Chicken Enchilada Soup” which was actually the Chili. After another wait, the Chicken Enchilada Soup actually arrived. Both were to be garnished with Cheese and Tortilla Strip. Neither had either. The server went on a hunt for both. Finally he came back with Cheese, but said they were all out of Tortilla Strips. Meanwhile, we had spoken to our attendant who brought back both. Finally, the Cajun Chicken Pasta arrived bearly warm and my daughters salad which was nothing more than mixed greens. To top off the experience, while I was paying, an employee bussing the next table dumped a stack of plated on my wife’s back. I would not expect this Chilis location to remain open much longer. As a chain, I would say there days are limited.

Went to this location at 2:30 on November 1st. Ordered Texas Fries, steak and chicken fajitas. The place was dirty just about everywhere we looked around. Our table was so greasy we had to move to another table. The doors to enter the restaurant looked like the haven’t been cleaned in years. The place was an absolute joke being so dirty. Food was small portions and gave both me and wife the flying sh$ts. Your welcome

Omg where do I start?? I got boneless wings which barely had any sauce or flavor then the bone in wings barely had any flavor and was soggy not crispy and just tasted bad then I tried the hand pie just thinking this has got to taste better and omg it was sooo repulsive I couldn’t even swallow. $35 worth of food down the drain it was inedible! Fries were soggy too the best thing was the Dr Pepper no lie.

The wings were so good! We got the mango habanero, honey sriracha, and buffalo and all the flavors were great. We ordered boneless with 2 extra ranches which we received with fries for each set of wings. The price and quality were exactly what we expected and ordered! Will order from here again

Please do not ignore these reviews. This is the second time in a row I've ordered two extra ranches and received NO ranch whatsoever. I figured I'd try this place out twice since they're fairly cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. Low quality wings and soggy fries. It blows my mind that they can stay open.

These might be the worse wings I've ever ordered. Ordered 22 boneless wings. Included some that were so overcooked and small they were inedible. 0 Sauce on the wings, had to put my own on there for any amount of flavor.Virtual Brand? Must be virtual seasoning as well. I can't believe this is a national brand allowed to serve food.Fries were disgusting as well. Ended up eating about 4 wings and some fries and just threw it away, waste of money and time.

If I could just zero stars I would. I just ordered or the first time. I order 18 bone in combo with fried Oreos. I picked garlic parmesan and Terri for my two flavors. When I open my food the fried Oreos are completely burnt and came with zero chocolate sauce unlike they advertised. I then opened my wings and couldn't even tell which wings were what because it literally had zero sauce on all 18 wings! Unbelievable! The heat from the box melted the lid on the ranch which caused it to spill out all over the place. The ranch was extremely hot and nasty! To top it off my fries were mushy and didn't seem completely cooked! Literally the only good thing about this $30+ order was my drink! Never again.
"Here's how to pick up your Just Wings Order" directions is false. No team member comes out to assist you. Co-worker sat for 15 minutes in to-go spot and then had to go in to get order. By that time food was soggy. We ordered (4) meals to-go and the ranch was not sealed properly and spilled onto food making it soggy and drenched in ranch.Service 1/10, food 3/10. Will not be ordering again.

Just ordered $50.00 of wings and the wings was fried to hard they was dry out. Call the Restaurant but no one answered the phone. Very upset.

Was in town for a high school tennis playoff and stayed next door at the hotel and decided to walk across the parking lot for a sit down meal. Was welcomed by the greeter and told it would be about 20 minutes or so. Place was empty and less than 25% capacity. Sat for an hour and was finally told their call in orders were 5 pages deep and sit down orders would be delayed until they were caught up. If this was the case the doors should have been locked and no one allowed in. Don’t waste your time with this place and heed the warnings in the other reviews.

Don't get us wrong. We love Chili's wherever we go, but stay away from this one. It is conveniently located next to a great Marriott Courtyard, but don't be tempted, because it is easy. Dirty, and the service was slow. The food was not up to par. We couldn't wait to get out of there!
