Awful isn't even enough to describe the staff here. You have to pretty much beg to even get waited on and once you do get their attention , they have the worst attitude. Not to mention I witnessed a woman who was drinking and rather intoxicated, yet who claims to be the GM, scream repeatedly at a customer who was sitting taking selfies with her friends. I also witnessed this same alleged (and tipsy) GM and other staff members openly make fun of this customer's appearance after she left. Very sad that a place of business would act as a bully. Won't be returning and told my friends about this so they won't be visiting this establishment.

Highly recommend - super dog friendly establishment with wonderful staff members who love dogs. Several staff members regularly support our local dog rescue.

Strongly urge you not to support this bar. There have been multiple incidents with male and female staff mistreating patrons. Another incident with staff mistreating DOGS. Keep in mind, they advertise their business as a dog friendly venue and even claim to support animal organizations. Most recently, a male staff member followed a girl after she left the bar and harassed her. Worst of all, the staff hasn't done a single thing to attempt to rectify any of these situations. This is not a safe space for ladies or pets. Please spend your money at the many other amazing surrounding bars instead.

This place is an absolute national treasure!!!! Great times and great people frequent this place. Wings are solid on the menu and the beer is always cold. No matter where you start you will have to wind up passing through or ending up at Ivars!!

I went to Ivar's for a benefit for K9 Rouge. I had never been before, but I was treated like an old friend by the people behind both bars and the people at the door. I was not expecting such a friendly and neighborly atmosphere. I won a raffle prize and they may do this again. I plan to visit again!
Love the updated patio, even in the heat it was pleasant with all the fans.

Got draft Yuenglung. The cooling system was bad, skunky beer. They have 3 pool tables that are trashed. Need all new felt. Left after 1/2 beer.

I joked that this place is a surprising mullet. You walk in, and it seems like a small dive bar. Then you walk through, and there's a HUGE patio area. Bonus for being pupper friendly.
