Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Bluebonnet

The Metairie Izzo’s has gone down hill over the past couple of years. Ordered from there for the last time tonight. The orders have been consistently wrong, poor quality, and lacking ingredients we paid for. Just returned from the 4th time of having to get our order fixed in two months, they didn’t send half of our order. Last time, the steak burrito we ordered came with no steak. If you’d like to be disappointed, frustrated, and let down, feel free to eat here.

Horrible customer service, not made good couldn't dine in wasn't ask if I wanted a drink who hires these kinda people here's a update I threw it away damn shame all the money I spend at illegal burrito to get this kinda service

Horrible service. Foid bar nasty and messy. Dry old food everywhere. Manager rude. If you have to have Izzy try another location.

As this is my favorite place to come 4x’s a week. I’m very disappointed that-and I know not very respectful on my end to come 10-15 minutes before closing-according to Google is 9:00pm… But I rushed to get to THIS location for dinner. And was refused to be served a to go order at 8:49. If the closing time is 8:45/8:50. Please RESPECTFULLY change that on Google. Thank you.
By the way, this would be my only negative-as I stated-MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT!

What can you say about Izzos? Great food every time!

Walked in. Seen by two employees. Greeted by neither. Ignored and left waiting to try and place an order until I just decided to leave. This was once upon a time the best location. Now it’s just as sad as the old food on the line looked.

STOP, DO NOT GO HERE. I've been here 3 times in the last year & each time it became worse. The customer service is deplorable. I was the only customer, besides a kids birthday group that had obviously been served & it took over 10 minutes from the time I was greeted to check out. The food was luke warm by the way. Beware.. they charge you for ALL the extras. My money will be spent elsewhere.

I placed an order online at 8:05 PM on their website. The order was confirmed and said it would be ready at 8:45 PM. We arrived at 8:46 PM and all of the chairs were upside down on the tables and employees were standing there waiting to leave. Fine, I understand getting ready to close and there are no customers. Walked up to the counter and said I was there to pick up an order and one of the guys grabbed an open container of chips and I think he dumped it out for some reason. But there were two empty to go plates on the counter that obviously had previously held food and been dumped out. So I asked them whether they had dumped out our order thinking we weren't coming. Then they proceeded to tell me that they had been slammed 10 minutes prior and were very busy. Not sure what that had to do with my question, but then the other guy took the two empty used plates and put new chips in them. While the other guy was still telling me how busy they had just been, I said wait a minute he just put chips back in used containers. The guy with the used containers walked around the other side of the assembly line where I could not see. Then another guy comes from the other side of the assembly line with a container with some lettuce and half a serving of ground beef in it and he said we're out of ground beef. Mind you, I had ordered ground beef nachos, ground beef salad, and steak nachos. So I'm staring at the guy waiting for him to tell me that he's going to deal with the fact that they needed more ground beef because a customer is standing in front of him waiting to pick up a paid order, and he's just staring at me. I said well if that's all that you have, just cancel the order and give me a refund I guess. He said do you want me to cancel the whole order? Like what did he think I wanted to do? One of us can eat and the other ones won't? If we wanted something different, we would've ordered something different. So they canceled the order. Meanwhile, we drove almost 20 minutes to get there for nothing. No apologies or anything. I guess I should just be glad that I didn't have to deal with the fact that the guy was trying to pawn off dirty plates to me? We've never had an experience like that at this place. The employees involved were: a white male with red hair and a black male at the register and another white male with I believe brown hair that came to tell me they were out of ground beef.

My husband went here on his lunch break. Walked in and stood, but no one said anything. They looked at him and never acknowledged him. He walked out.
He went back the next day to see if maybe some older workers were there, they were but they never spoke either.
I dont understand why people get jobs if they dont want to work.

I've ordered from here twice. The second time was to give it another chance. I got a regular shrimp burrito each time. And I got sick from it each time. The chips and queso are great though.

It was my first time trying their food and I was not disappointed. I really enjoyed picking out all the ingredients to my meal. The employees were very nice and went out of their way to help us get inside with my niece's wheelchair. Will definitely go back
