Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Burbank

The Metairie Izzo’s has gone down hill over the past couple of years. Ordered from there for the last time tonight. The orders have been consistently wrong, poor quality, and lacking ingredients we paid for. Just returned from the 4th time of having to get our order fixed in two months, they didn’t send half of our order. Last time, the steak burrito we ordered came with no steak. If you’d like to be disappointed, frustrated, and let down, feel free to eat here.

food is good hour before closing . guy just walk off before i made my order waited like 15 mins girl took my order well but didnt count my change had make sure count it myself.guy who didnt take my order walk off, well when i was paying for my order he just reach over me get a cup that was by the register didnt say excuse me thought that was rude

I went into Izzos on Burbank to pick up a large order for myself and coworkers. The people inside were pleasant and welcoming. I fixed all the drinks and brought them to my car, when I went to go back in to grab the food, one of the gentlemen working there was standing behind me at my car with my order! Besides the helpfulness, the entire order was all there and correct! We order from restaurants frequently and have an issue with correctness, so we really appreciate the order being fulfilled correctly!! I love Izzos, but the experience I had at the one on Burbank was fabulous. Thanks Izzos Burbank team! ?

First time coming to an Izzo's as all other times I've had them was through catering. Really quick line with the staff being helpful in my indecisiveness. They had a lot of options that ranks them higher than Chipotle because the fact that I have an option to use a spinach wrap for my burrito is amazing. Also that I can have nachos without having to do a bowl and buy chips on the side is great.

I like that they have a theme to the restaurant and aren’t just a cheap copy of Chipotle. Portion sizes are great and the prices are reasonable as well.

Turns out you can't commit a crime while eating here! LIKE WHAT?!? Why call your restaurant "ILLEGAL BURRITO" if you have to follow the law while inside the establishment?!? I don't understand and the stupid handcuffs hurt my wrists. From now on, if I want to break the law while eating Mexican food, I'm going to Taco Bell, because they don't prosecute. Only eat here if you like good food and following the "Federal and State" rules or whatever.

I love Izzo's and I don't get why people would go to Chipotle when Izzo's a choice!Customer service is pretty good, the employees are always nice and makes it simple and easy to order food.The amount of food is decent :) and I'm always left feeling satisfied. I like that they will cut the burrito up and wrap both halves separately!This location is usually pretty clean and I come often since it's near campus. Sometimes the line seems long but the wait isn't too bad as it goes by quickly.

The quality has definitely taken a steep dive here. I've tried this place 3 different times in the last 3 months, and each time the burrito was terrible. I don't know if it's the ingredients or the way the current staff makes them, but it's gross. It's just this location, the other Izzo's locations in the baton rouge area make some great burritos! Maybe they should get someone from another location to come here and figure out what they're doing wrong.

One of the only places you can get dark meat chicken. It’s really great and seasoned well. Place needs a little bit of a remodel. It looks just like it did 20 years ago. Needs some cleanup on the ceiling tiles and walls for sure.

Ordered food at 3:33 to be picked up at 5. Showed up early at 4:45 and the order was already packed up in a bag, guy at the counter says oh yeah we just got this done. 5 minutes to get home, opened my order and it was stone cold - not warm, luke warm, or cool it was cold and stale. They clearly made the order as soon as it went through and didn’t pay attention to the pickup time and lied to me when I came to pick it up.

ALL izzos are awesome... my favorite burrito spot.
