The Metairie Izzo’s has gone down hill over the past couple of years. Ordered from there for the last time tonight. The orders have been consistently wrong, poor quality, and lacking ingredients we paid for. Just returned from the 4th time of having to get our order fixed in two months, they didn’t send half of our order. Last time, the steak burrito we ordered came with no steak. If you’d like to be disappointed, frustrated, and let down, feel free to eat here.
I sat at the drive up window behind another vehicle for 10 minutes. My food was ordered online and was to be ready. There were we several cars behind me. Three cars ended up backing up and going inside. I was greeted very rudely. The worker was obviously agitated. I will not be going to Izzos in the future. This isn’t the first time I have had issues.

Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Central offers delicious food, featuring a variety of options such as combo burritos and quesadillas. Customers can choose their preferred ingredients, including rice, beans, meat, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and jalapeños. The restaurant is convenient for both dine-in and take-out, with a kid-friendly atmosphere and a kid's menu available. The location is clean, well-lit, and wheelchair accessible, with ramps, flat floors, and movable chairs. The staff is friendly, with many customers noting that they go above and beyond to provide great service. Service is typically quick, although there have been some concerns about food safety, as one customer reported finding a piece of metal in their bowl. Vegetarian options are available, and bathrooms are provided but may be open to public view. While some dishes, like the shrimp in the burrito bowl, may occasionally be overcooked, the overall experience at this fast-casual Tex-Mex restaurant remains positive. It is a great addition to Central.
