Not to bad when you go in and order. But they mess up every order that ive ordered online. Its like they dont care about online orders. I order online to save time. Doesn't mean i want my food jacked up. Im done.

Service was okay and atmosphere was okay. My food was not good at all. I ordered steak bowl with a lot extra… I didn’t receive my extra queso cheese it was barely any cheese. The shrimp was hard and the steak was very hard at Thai location. The denham springs location is always on point but this was my first time trying this location and I won’t be back. I literally gave my $18 steak bowl to someone else and they only ate it so it wouldn’t go to waste. I also gave a $2 tip it I wish I wouldn’t have.

I visited Izzo’s illegal burrito in central on 9/19 2025 and the young man was incredibly stingy with the toppings I know prices have gone up on everything but at least let me be able to taste what I asked for sheesh. Furthermore the area where the food was was so nasty no adult supervision kids were standing and socializing when it was work to be done. The lobby had trash on the floor needed to be picked up . Izzo’s please get it together.

Completely stressful environment. Little chick thought it would be professional to mumble and continue to smirk when I asked her to repeat herself. To top it all off she piled my toppings so they were not incorporated throughout the burrito. Both of my hands being broken, I had to open my burrito on the counter to spread my toppings. Completely humiliating experience. I left in tears

First, all of the workers were very nice and worked very hard to create the items that our family ordered. However, the food was simply not good. Birria was so dry, my wife couldn't eat it. The steak is full of fat and tendons and barely edible. The Mexican rice was hard and dry, like it had been overheated for an excessive amount of time. The white meat chicken was overly dry and hard. This would be a 1-star, but the staff were all very nice and friendly. The manager of this location needs to get some tips from the location on Bluebonnet at Jefferson.

Everything was great, but about halfway thru eating my bowl I felt something hard like metal in my mouth. I pull it out and it almost looks like a staple of some kind that may have came off the packaging. I don’t want to give 1 star and say everything was terrible because of this one inconvenience, but I will give 4 stars instead of 5 because if I would have swallowed that it could have been harmful. Also it’s kinda gross having stuff in your food that ISNT food.

Extremely bland food. Got the brisket burrito and the illegal "seasoned" chicken burrito. Both tasted exactly the same. You'd think for 30 bucks you'd get food better than taco bell but alas I think taco bell has them beat on taste.

Staff seems bothered to be there, not real friendly. Sloppy prep of your meal. Not consistent
