Used to be great, but has absolutely taken a nose dive as of late. The food has become very bland, and the service is downright awful. Don't even bother with a to go order. They won't even start making it until you get there, and you'll still have to wait at least 20mins for them to get to it. And yet it somehow still comes out cold. Pretty surprised they wouldn't try harder to recover from the pandemic, but plenty of other places are. So off we go. Bye izzos.

Could've had more queso in my nachos and my friend's quesadilla was burnt. Overall, it was still good and had a pleasant experience. Workers are polite and active. So if you're in the area, come eat!

First time eating Izzo’s today and it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! They all seemed to enjoy being there. The lady that helped me was easily able to explain the set up and what each item was. Everything looked good AND the food was delicious!

The food is decent. Fine if you're on a lunch break and just need something filling. At this particular location at the mall, the service is really bad. At first I thought it was just catching them on a bad day, but every time I go it seems like every employee hates their job. Needs some customer service revamping for sure!

Came to order to super felony's here, with extra toppings, at 4 minutes to 9 the girl walked up and said they were closed, all the toppings were still out and customers in line, if they close at 8:56 they should post this and change the time , obviously she had plans and decided to close the business early! Will be complaining to corporate and deciding to take my business elsewhere.
Please teach your staff to clean as they go. It's a mess in here; bag boxes on the prep counter and none of the condiment stations have been cleaned. The floors are hell! This can't be real. The Foot Locker employee with the purple wig should have been corrected for leaning and pointing over the safety glass. Her armpits were all across the line.
