I ordered here for the first time tonight. The pizza was delicious and the ingredients fresh. They forgot to send my salad. The owner of Jabby's called me to apologize and delivered it to my house! Great service, great food! I highly recommend this place!

Ordered a Build Your Own with spicy sauce, regular crust (which is closer to a thin crust) and six veggie toppings. The staff was friendly and patient. I like how after they baked it, you can add extra drizzle/sprinkle toppings for no additional charge. Ex. Olive oil, Sriracha, oregano, basil and more. The pizza size is probably equivalent to a Pizza Hut medium. I enjoyed the food and would return.

Ordered from the new one in Prairieville. Girl said 15-20 minutes, I got there in 10. No one in the restaurant except workers, got home and pizza was cold, cheese was clumped up. Had very little flavor. Very disappointed.

Jabbys was pretty good. The pizza tasted good, the crust was a decent size, and the toppings all were tasty. I did a build your own, which was $10. I think this place would earn 4 stars if they bumped the price down a little. I still prefer LIT over this place, mostly because of the price. Flavor of pizza and quality of ingredients were very close. Jabbys crust might be a little better than LIT crust, it is certainly more substantial. I would certainly come here again if in the area

Fast service but pizzas can stand to have proportional amount of toppings. Been there 3x with same complaint. If I order a Jabaroni I would expect more than 1 and a half slices of pepperoni on each slice of pizza.
Picked up pizza fresh and 10 min later opened at home was already cold. My side had sauce, Alfredo, sausage, peppers, and mushrooms with peTo drizzle. It was almost completely flavorless, even after adding a little salt and red pepper and the crust was chewy. My son's plain cheese side was better but pushed to the edge burnt

Went to the new business on Hwy 73. The Yelp establishment was not yet available. Very clean, friendly and a caring and friendly manager (speaks with an accent). It's very close by to neighborhood and access is good. It's a very similar model to "Lit Pizza". Based upon location and Mgr I will for sure return.

THIBODAUX LOCATION We ordered two pizzas that cost $35. Neither one was fully cooked, both had cold (refrigerated cold, not cold from transport) toppings, dough was not cooked, and holy cow are these small. Margherita pizza usually doesn't come with alot of toppings but this was honestly the worst you could ever expect, the sauce tasted worse than plain ketchup out of a can, had uncooked cheese on it, the dough was extremely undercooked on the whole thing. Neither pizza is big enough to feed an average size adult. Called on the phone to see if we can take it back to get new made and she said it's WATR's fault the food was cold - she wasn't listening when I said repeatedly the food is undercooked. Terrible food, terrible people on the phone

This is an okay build-your-own pizza spot. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I ordered a custom pizza with unlimited toppings. My food was okay but it wasn't my favorite build-your-own pizza spot by any stretch. The topping selection was pretty limited compared to other spots I've been to and my pizza was pretty dry. My food was decent but I wasn't blown away.
