Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Food was really good and much better than the other fast foods restaurants in the area. No problems with the order and everything was fresh and hot, except the shakes. They were fresh and cold!

I orderded at night. Worse Jack in the box in the world. I ordered online had it picked up and I ordered 2 jumbo jacks a taco, and a shake. The taco was ok but the burgers were terrible nothing on it but meat, cheese, a small amount of mayo and a spoiled tomatoe on both burgers it had no lettuce and the taste made me sick to my stomach I had to throw them away the only thing I ate was the tacos and the shake. They didnt even give me a straw, a spoon or napkins and no sauce.

Jack has great menu items all around. I love the fact that I can order breakfast anytime of the day/night. He always have new menu items.
Overall pretty good experience. They just forgot all our sauces, to be fair we ordered a lot of tacos. I live 4 hours away from the closest one.

Twice in 2 months time Iāve visited this place and both times at different times in the morning thereās a car but nobody answers the drive through. And the screen says āthis site canāt be reachedā is there no manager to sign in for the employees? Are they taking a break? Why am I sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and nobody answering.
The staff is really nice and it's never too busy (not because it's bad.)

Service is always friendly no matter what time you roll in. My recommendation... Spicy chicken biscuit. It's a breakfast that's good for dinner also! Oreo shake is always on point! You need a 24 hr menu with everything from breakfast to dinner ( including brunch ) with a variety to choose from ... Tacos, burgers, pancakes, shakes, you crave it, they make it!

It was a great meal in a good astomophere. The employees were friendly, and made sure the good was hot and all the condiments were on the clean table available for use.
Parking: Plank toad Brownfield Louisiana, the parking lot was spacious and clean. With plenty of room for backing up and going around other cars if needed

This is such a bad franchise location. This store is the closest to my house so I frequent it regularly. Every time I go there, they're out of either a soda or ice or something basic.
Management fails this place, big time. Every time you're in the drive thru, the staff tell you to back up behind the pole to hide you from the cameras so it doesn't affect their service time counts. I thought this was just disobedient staff until the day the store manager asked me to do the same. Also, as noted, they're always out of sodas and ice and some menu items.
Finally, quality has dropped considerably in the last 3 months. For the bacon ultimate they don't even Sautee the onions anymore and just throw them on raw, burgers are often overcooked and fries are always stale. Like the pre-cook the fries and just let them sit all day under the light.

The food is always fresh and when I ask for extra cheese ( a must) on my tiny tacos, they always deliver beautifully. The lady at the window (seems like a manager) is always so kind and thoughtful, making sure I get exactly what I ask for. I will definitely continue to come back!
