So my food was cooked fresh to order. There was only one person working Drive thru, front end & fixing the sandwiches & she still did it with a smile & no attitude & timely on top of it all.

I ordered the door dash they didn't have the caramel for the iced coffee which was fine it took 20 minutes later to get my orders and it should have and they're not usually very busy around this time that I'm aware of the shake was melted the tacos were burnt the jalapeno poppers were all right the fries were well as you'd expect their fries from a delivery order but this place is half a mile away from where I live to the burgers I did not receive I did receive compensation from doordash for the missing items on the order but still pretty disappointing I've ordered from this location before and it's been really good but then again I've also ordered from this location in my order sat there for hours and hours before it died because nobody was there to either make the food or you know whatever the case may be usually around the same time of night in the middle of the week. Not really sure on the staffing issues with the place I don't know if they have employees that aren't doing their job or maybe they just don't have the employees which is very likely still an issue that needs to be looked into.

I went on November 2, 2023 to pick up a doordash order and the team members acted like the lobby was closed. I said hello and waited for someone to come and the cashier in the drive through acted like she didn’t see me. So I went to the drive through and she then proceeded to tell me drive back around even, saying she was dealing with another customer, even though she never addressed me or said anything at all. Now I’m waiting for the order and it still has yet to come up while she’s passing out drive through orders. She had a disgusting attitude for absolutely no reason.

I just left, and it was my 1st time, and definitely my last! My food was cold, my sourdough burger bread wasn't even buttered or toasted. If i wanted a burger slapped between two pieces of regular bread, I would've made the hamburger at home! I didn't even get the extra mayo I requested, and when I went to order another large curly fry, I was given a regular fry instead. Had the dizzy broad working the window been doing her job, and not talking all on her cell phone, maybe my order would have been correct. Tighten up JITB!

Ms Debbie is awesome. By herself and still provided great service, friendly and in a timely manner . While handling the cooking, drive-thru, front counter, unification and a fire inspector. That's a top pay employee if there ever was one. Jack needs to get hos big head down here to plank rd and give this woman a significant raise and maybe learn a couple things. Absolutely the best . Thank you very much Ms Debbie. You are worth so much more.

I ordered a chicken strip meal and received three chicken patties instead of chicken strips. No one told me that there were not any strips. If I would have known I would have chose something different on the menu. This is poor customer service and I should have gotten a refund. Every time I have went to this jack n the box I have had a bad experience. Therefore I will not be going again.
