Hours are weird. Very inconsistent. I have been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with no movement and no way out of line. Never again. Most miserable, unhappy employees.

I like Jack in the box but the atmosphere here is horrific and I don’t feel welcome at all whenever I walk into this place. Workers don’t ever give you the time of day. Takes forever to get your order and the final straw is when they put my order into a bag with a hole and gave it to me without telling me and so when I got home and pick the bag up all the food fell on the ground. I don’t even want to waste time with this business. Will not support these people anymore.

We pulled into the drive through ordered breakfast combos with coffe. We were told they were out of coffee, we asked for unsweetened tea and they said they were out of tea. We asked them to charge the items separately so we weren’t charged for the beverages they didn’t have. They couldn’t figure out how to do that, so we went across the street to McDonalds and got all of the above. Sorry we can’t rate their food just the poor service.

I no longer eat here! They are rude and lazy and never have what I order. They STILL owe me a refund for something I ordered a MONTH ago. When I picked up my order that I placed on the app they didn’t have shakes plus they gave me Dr Pepper instead of root beer. Then the food is most times not fresh! I placed an order for pick up and they didn’t have shakes so I asked for a refund and was told I need to request it online… I did THREE TIMES and still haven’t received it! Someone from “management” called and said I needed to come BACK to the store for a refund(after telling me do it online) I went back on a Friday and was told they refunded it to my card already…I waited & still NOTHING. I went back online and submitted a complaint and STILL haven’t heard anything back! Save ur money, at least go to McDonald’s across the street.

tried going through drive through nobody answered or talked after 5 min went inside and stood there at the register for another 5 min while they sat on the phone to which they didn't have any of the stuff on the menu I wanted. didn't use any gloves also and mind you this was 2pm in the middle of the day the service was the worst I've ever had

Always crave a milkshake in the middle of the night and this is where I go, some places after a certain hour customer service is horrible. But Ive never experienced that here!

Went thru the drive thru. Picked up my order and drove less than a mile home. When I got home the burger was cold. Enough said. This place sux bad. I will never eat there again. We live in a third world country now.

There’s a reason people of “indigenous culture” are in the shape they are in. No one at the drive through mic and a car was sitting at the window for 10minutes… but of course it’s the governments fault.

We just went through the drive though. We decided to leave due to the rude “woman” working the drive though. She was frustrated when we asked for a second to review the menu. After we ordered our first meal she quickly gave us the total before we could order the rest of our meal. She never asked if we wanted anything else and kept cutting us off mid sentence. Then we told her we weren’t finished ordering and finished our second order. She said “what took you so long to order”? In all my years going to JITB I have never had someone ask me what took so long to order. We were literally at the speaker for less than two minutes. We left and drove down to the restaurant on Sherwood Forrest and received exceptional customer service. Management needs to discuss this unprofessional and rude behavior.
