Waited for someone to take my order but no one even greeted us at the drive through At 5pm. When fed up with this, went to leave and see that the associates were walking through the broken fence coming back from dollar general bags in hand. What kind of service is this if the associates are not even in the building during store hours???

when I arrived, the first lady was very rude and wasn’t worried about nothing else not even her own job then another lady got on the thing it was very polite. Took my order. Got my order down ordered two Jake Junior bacon cheeseburgers add pickles on one and a large curly fry.

Very rude I wanted tacos and they said they were frozen I asked if they could thaw them they said it takes a couple of hours I said ok I asked for a salad then they said they don’t have salads. Very rude worst one I have been to .

So it does no good to order online... It's literally there for yall in black and white but yall still manage to mess it up. Our whole order messed up... Second time now. Who has time to keep going back to get it right ? Simple directions "tiny tacos" not loaded "... And so on and so forth. Edited to add... Four times they messed up tonight. The fourth time we said fk it and left without our fries.

Jack's burgers have shrunk significantly and decreased in quality over the last 5 years, the burgers used to be pretty good but now the only sandwich worth getting is the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich which is still a good value and tastes
