Drive thru speaker doesn’t seem to work because work asked me multiple times to repeat what I said because they didn’t hear what I said when I'm a foot away from the speaker. I would want them to invest in a new speaker or repair it and also check the headsets that the employees are working with.

I went through the drive thru. I waited five minutes to place my order, then I was told to drive around and wait for them to bring my food out to me. I waited another 10 minutes for that. Visit was awful. If I could give zero I would.

I usually go for the chicken biscuit with a fried egg added on top sooo delicious! The biscuits are always fresh, and the little kick of spice in the sandwich is a real treat for me. If you're looking for a tasty tip, definitely try getting curly fries instead of the hash browns, and don't forget to grab an orange juice! You won’t regret it! 🍊

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! TO PULL UP AT THE DRIVE THRU OF A SO CALLED 24 HOUR RESTAURANT AND BE TOLD THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ORDERS UNLESS YOU ORDER ONLINE IS RIDICULOUS?????!! WHAT KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL MESS IS THAT ??!!!! HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK !

Theres like one dude that works there and hes busting his ass holding down the fort all the time. Hes always been friendly to me.
I go here in a pinch because its nearby and seemingly always open and Im operating crazy hours - so ive only been past midnight. Food is decent, but i haven't tried most of that eclectic menu - just cheeseburgers and a drink usually. Never been inside - just drive through.

This was my first time eating a Jack in The box. I was on business in Baton Rouge Louisiana and starving after a hard morning's work. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich dressed with tomato and lettuce. The chicken was cooked very dark but tasted delicious. I recommend Jack in The box and we'll go back soon!
