Ordered mini-tacos and got charred shells with rock hard, jet black burnt "meat". My order of of jalapeno poppers was burnt and missing a popper. Only me in line. Last time it was a burger with a bun so soggy it reminded me of that villain in Robocop that gets melted, yeah that guy.. It slopped out of the wrapper. Just stay away.

I went to three jack in the box in one night around 7:30pm - 8pm I didn't get food from any of them.... one on government had no fry of any kind.... the second on Florida never came or answered me at the mic... and the third on scenic hwy on told me they were closed... I was pissed and very up set...

I just had the worst experience ever I ordered a chocolate shake from here worst mistake ever I'm here in my home several hours later later throwing up because the ice cream was bad will never be eating here again everything else was good just not that shake. Please stop selling shakes if you are not properly cleaning it

Worst Jack location ive ever been to… Tacos have nothing in them, and i even ordered extra lettuce. What is the point of mobile order if you order before leaving home and arrive 10 minutes later to WAIT for the carry out/drive thru order?!
BR needs some mentorship from the Houston locations on service. Do better Jack

Everything was great here. Dining room was clean, as were the bathrooms. We were the only customers on Easter Sunday and there may have been 2 workers but we only saw one. He was awesome. Telling us what was good and all that, We'd never eaten there before but we sure were glad we did. I knew they called the Ultimate bacon burger but man...that sandwich was ultimately the best I'd ever had at a fast food joint. I think it had won some kind of award for best burger or something I think I saw on their poster. Great fries too! And we both had large oreo milkshakes which were on point as well. They earned the 5 stars I'm giving, without a doubt .

I mean, it’s a Jack-in-the-Box. But I don’t understand how they’re always out of everything. I went for a Diet Coke and a biscuit at nine in the morning. They were out of Diet Coke. They were out of biscuits. Like, it’s what your menu is based on. Soda and breakfast sandwiches. I wish I could give more stars, but the only reason I rated it to instead of one is because I have been to other jack in the boxes, and I do know that their food can be OK. They just have to have the food.
