We went in to grab food dinning area was nasty cashier was playing in phone I ask for a chicken salad out then chicken sandwich out and then jack box out then I finally got a regular hamburger it was cold and the meat patty was ver rubbery
I mean, it’s a Jack-in-the-Box. But I don’t understand how they’re always out of everything. I went for a Diet Coke and a biscuit at nine in the morning. They were out of Diet Coke. They were out of biscuits. Like, it’s what your menu is based on. Soda and breakfast sandwiches. I wish I could give more stars, but the only reason I rated it to instead of one is because I have been to other jack in the boxes, and I do know that their food can be OK. They just have to have the food.

I always come too this location but normally go through drive thru but today I decided too enter the lobby& omg let’s say I won’t be eating there again. The lobby was nasty and the kitchen had food all over the floor. The drink location had water everywhere and all the sodas need too be change out asap. Something must be done about this. I must say customer service was real good, the store is just nasty.

I ordered in the drive-thru and waited over 15 minutes for only a sausage biscuit that wasn't worth the wait. There wasn't a line and they didn't seem to be busy. It would have been nice to have been informed there would be a long wait as a courtesy.

They were out of the big breakfast wraps so they used some little ones they couldn't even put all the food inside the burrito I noticed immediately it was off he explained they were out if the big ones but made it up with a burger??♂️

This is my third and last time ordering food from this location of the three times I ordered each time in the morning before 10:00am they didnt have coffee,i ordered tge ultimate brk.sanwhich they didn't have bacon so I got what turned out to be a egg sandwich. This location should be closed I know it can't be a company store the way it runed it must be a franchise store whoever owns it they don't know how to manage a restaurant, get the things you need coffee,bacon and any other things you don't have in untill then close ? horrible restaurant this was a delivery order never ever again use to be my favorite not no more
